<br />Hundred Dollars ($100.00) to the child of my. daughter LTary, in addition to that it is my Will
<br />that my daughter Mary Dabercow shall have andI give her One Hundred Dollars (100.40), and to
<br />my daughter Martha Brannan I give One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) in addition to that which is
<br />given them in said Will.
<br />I hereby revoke the device in which the South Half of the Northeast quarter (S2NEJ) of Section
<br />Three (3) in Township Sixteen 116) North, Range Thirteen (13) in Sherman County, Nebraska, is
<br />given to my brother Henry Lee; I also revoke that part of my Will on page 5 in which I devise
<br />my-land in Greeley County, Nebraska, to the said Henry Lee, said land having been sold during
<br />my lifetime.
<br />I hereby give and bequeath to Ervin Blauhorn of Palmer, Nebraska, One Hundred Dollars (100.00)
<br />for the upkeep of my cemetery lot in the'Archer Cemetery and my cemetery lot in the Grand Island
<br />cemetery upon which lar. and Mrs. Carl Schlueter are hurried. I do not demand that he plant
<br />flowers.

<br />I, Paul N. Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the 31st day of May, 1941, the instruments purporting to be the last will and testament and
<br />Codicial of Martha Otto, deceased, were filed for probate in this Court. That on the 25th day
<br />of June, 1941, said instruments to which this certificate is attached were duly proved, probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Martha Otto,
<br />deceased, and the same were ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />The Court further finds that on the 27th day of June, 1941, an order-of this Court was made
<br />allowing; creditors three months from and after the 23rd day of July,, 1941 in which to file
<br />their claims against said estate and said Executors one year in whidll Zis Court their progress
<br />toward settlement of this estate, and further orderin,-�, that notice to creditors be published in
<br />the Gra n d Island Independent, a legal newspaper published and circulating in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, for three successive weeks prior to the 23rd day of July, 1941, and that a hearing on
<br />claims filed against said estate would be held at the office of the County Judge cif Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on the 27th day of October, 1941, at 9 o'clock A. P;I., and it appears by proof on file
<br />that notice of said order was published as ordered by this Court.
<br />FIFTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 18th day of July, 1941, said William Blauhorn and William
<br />Fechtner, Executors of said estate, filed in this Court their inventory of the property of said
<br />estate, and that according to said inventory, the deceased died seized and possessed of the
<br />following described property, to -wit;
<br />Northwest quarter (NW4) of Section Thirteen (13) in Totivnship Seventeen (17) North, Range
<br />Thirteen (13), West of the 6th P. m. in Valley County, Nebraska.
<br />Southwest quarter (SW4) of Section Twenty -one (21) in Toonship Eighteen (19) North, Range
<br />Thirteen (13), West of the 6th P. M. in Valley County, Nebraska.
<br />Northwest quarter (NW-1) of Section Thirty -four (34) in Township Eighteen (18) North, Range
<br />Thirteen (13), West of the 6th P. 1V1. in Valley, County, Nebraska.
