<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF AUGUST FISCHER.
<br />I, august Fischer, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, bbl g of sound mind and disposing
<br />mer�,iory, do make, publish, and declare this, my last will and testament.
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that all. 0 -f my just debts and the expenses of my last sickness and burial, be first
<br />paid out of my estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give and bequeath to my son, William A. Fischer, the sum of Fifty Dollars, to be paid to
<br />him in the due course of the administration of my estate.
<br />He is the only child I have, and feeling that my vrife, named as residuary legatee and devisee
<br />in this will, will, at her death, make ample provision for him, I make no dither or further
<br />provision than as herein stated, for my said son.
<br />THIRD.
<br />All of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, real, personal, and mixed, and where-
<br />soever situate, I give, devise, and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Mary Fischer.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I name, nominate, and appoint my said wife, Mary Fischer, Executrix of this will, hereby
<br />revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />IN TESTD,,IONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed by name to this instrument consisting of one

<br />on the 7th day of January 1946, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />August Fischer decease4, etas filed for probate in this Court, That on the jl day of January
<br />1946, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said August Fischer deceased,

<br />August Fischer, Deceased.
<br />BE IT RE:,.1EIIBERED that on this 5th day of July, A. D. 1946, it being, the day fixed for
<br />approving the final account of the Administrator with Will Annexed and hearing on his petition
<br />for final settlement and determination of heirship, and it appearing from proof on file that due
<br />notice was giving by publication of the time heretofore fixed for said hearing and there being
<br />no objections on file, and the court being; fully advised in the premises, finds.;
<br />1. That August Fischer died testate on April 1, 1944, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and left surviving him as his next of kin and heirs at law, a widow, Mary Fischer, and a son,
<br />William A. Fischer, both of legal age; that he left no other living children or the living issue
