<br />NO. 9 HALL COUNTY
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />I have for many years last past annually decorated with flowers the First Presbyterian Church of
<br />Grand Island,Nebraska, in memory of the family of the late Daniel Morgan,who was the father of my
<br />deceased wife.For the purpose of continuing said practice for a time,I give and bequeath to the
<br />Trustees of said church and to their successors in trust,the sum of One Hundred Dollars,and
<br />direct that they shall use the interest and income therefrom,and so much of the principal as they
<br />deem necessary,for the purposes herein expressed,to annually, decorate with flowers the said
<br />church (at or about Decoration Day of each year) in commemoration of said Daniel Dorgan and his
<br />family,said practice to continue for the period of ten years after my death,and at the end of
<br />ten years any of said fund not so expended shall be paid to and used by said church for its
<br />general support.
<br />- EIGHTH.
<br />All of the rest,residue,and remainder of my property and estate,real,personal,and mixed,and
<br />wheresoever situate,I give,devise,and bequeath unto my daughter,Florence A.Kelso,absolutely.

<br />I name,nominate,and appoint my said daugliter,Florence A.Kelso,and my son- in- law,William J.Kelso,
<br />Executrix and Executor,respectively,of this will.

<br />deceased,was filed for probate in this Court.That on the 25th day of
<br />July 1923,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and
<br />allowed as the last,will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Oscar Wells,deceas
<br />ed,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
