<br />20081 —The Augustine Co., Grand Island, Nebr.
<br />lowing persons were the sole heirs of said decedent, to -wit: Will R.King, her widower, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County,.Nebraska, and Fritze Schourup, her mother. That no children were born to the
<br />decedent during her lifetime. That the Court hereby finds and determines that the said Will R.
<br />King and Fritze Schourup were at the time of the death of the decedent the sole and only heirs at
<br />law of said deceased, and that the interest of said decedent in the above described real estate
<br />descended -to said parties in equal shares as tenants in common.
<br />IT IS HEREBY CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that the interest of the said Olga S.King,
<br />deceased, in and to the above described real estate be and the same hereby is assigned to the
<br />said Will R.King and Fritze.Schourup in equal shares as tenants in common.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that all claims and demands against the
<br />Estate of said deceased, whether due or to become due, whether absolute or contingent, be and the
<br />same hereby are forever barred.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
<br />I, C.J.Soderstrom, of Shelton, Buffalo County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory do make
<br />publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me here-
<br />tofore made.
<br />1. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may
<br />be found convenient.
<br />2. I give, devise and bequeath to my son Ralph E.Soderstrom, as his absolute property, all my
<br />personal effects of every nature including money of which I may be possessed at the time of my
<br />death. In adition, I give, bequeath and devise to my said son, Ralph E.Soderstrom, any and all
<br />the real estate which I may own at the time of my death, both farm lands and city property where -
<br />ever situated, to be his absolutely.
<br />3. The bequest and devise in paragraph two are made in case my son, Ralph E.Soderstrom, survives
<br />me and does not extend to his heirs. In case of his death prior to my death, I give, bequeath and
<br />devise all said property, both real and personal, of which I may be possessed at the time of my
<br />death, to my son, Roy A. Soderstrom.
<br />4. I have not made any provisions for my sons, Ernest Soderstrom and Arthur Soderstrom for the
<br />reason that if any of my property will be of benefit to them I.have confidence in my two sons
<br />named herein to make a just and equitable distribution of my property as they may see fit, and
<br />I have confidence in which ever one shall inherit under this will to take care of the other or his
<br />heirs as the case may be. And it is my intention to leave all my property to one individule to be
<br />used by himself as he shall deem best, knowing my wishes.
<br />5. I hereby appoint Ralph E.6oderstrom to be the executor of this my last will and testament,
<br />and if he should not survive.me, then I request that my son Roy A.Soderstrom be appointed as my
<br />executor.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand to this Last Will and Testament the second

<br />This instrument was on the day of the date thereof, signed, published and declared by the said
<br />testator, C.J.Soderstrom to be his last will and testament,-in our presence, who at his request
<br />have subscribed our names as witnesses, in his presence and in the presence of each other.
