43 <br />NO. 9 HALL COUNTY <br />In the County Court of Seward County, Nebraska. <br />Present Harry L. Norval, <br />County Judge. <br />In the Matter of the Estate of DECREE ON FINAL ACCOUNT. <br />William A.Satterly, Deceased. <br />NOW, on this 29th day of July, 1919, this cause coming on to be heard on the petition of <br />Albert Satterly,for -a final settlement of the estate of William A.Satterly, deceased, on the <br />final administration account of the administrator of said estate, and the evidence, was sub- <br />mitted to the Court, on consideration whereof the Court finds: <br />THAT on the 14th day of July, 1919, Albert Satterly, administrator of the estate of William <br />A.Satterly, deceased, filed in this Court his final administration account as such administrator <br />and a petition praying that said account be settled and allowed; that said estate be distributed <br />as required by law; that he be discharged from his trust as such administrator and that for these <br />purposes a time and place be assigned for hearing said petition, and examining and settling said <br />account, and that notice be iven thereof as the law directs. <br />THAT, on the 14th day of 5uly, 1919, an order of Court was made assigning the 28th day of <br />July, 1919, at 9 o'clock A.M. at the County Court of Seward county, Nebraska, as the time and <br />place for hearing said petition, and examining and settling said account, and requiring that <br />notice of said hearing be given to all persons interested by publishing a notice thereof in the <br />Utica Sun, a newspaper printed and of general circulation in said'County for ten days prior to <br />said day of hearing. <br />That notice of the hearing; has been duly given as required by the order of this Court, and <br />due proof of the publication thereof made and filed herein. <br />That the final administration account is in all respects true and correct, that due notice <br />to creditors has been given, that all claims allowed against said estate have been fully paid <br />and satisfied, all claims and debts not filed forever barred, and that said estate is fully <br />solvent. <br />The Court further finds that the said William A.Satterly, deceased, departed this life on <br />the 7th day of January, 1919, while a resident of Seward County, Nebraska, intestate, and that <br />he left him surviving as his sole and only heirs at law and the only persons interested in his <br />estate Jane Satterly, his widow; Anna Stockham, his daughter; Albert Satterly, a son; Clara <br />Cox, a daughter; Charles Satterly, a son; Stella Griffin, a daughter and Clifford Satterly, a <br />son, and that each of said heirs are of adult age. <br />The Court further finds that the said widow of said deceased is entitled to an undivided <br />one third (1/3) interest in and to all of the estate of which the said deceased died seized §.nd <br />possessed and that the remaining two thirds (2/3) descended under the laws of descent -and distri- <br />bution at the time of the death of said deceased, to the remaining heirs at law hereinabove <br />named, share and share alike as tenants in common. <br />The Court further finds that the widow of said deceased has filed in this Court a receipt <br />for the household goods belonging to said deceased, which constituted all-of the personal <br />property possessed by him at the time of his-death and that by reason of said receipt, the said <br />administrator is entitled to be discharged. <br />WHEREFORE IT IS CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT: <br />THAT the said final administration account is hereby settled, allowed and approved as filed. <br />THAT the Administrator has paid all costs herein. <br />THAT the administrator pay the money and deliver the personal property belonging to said - <br />estate to the persons heretofore found entitled to the same, to be held by them as heretofore <br />found. <br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court, that each of the findings herein - <br />above made should be and they are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this Decree as fully <br />as if set out at length herein. <br />BY THE COURT, <br />Harry L.Norvgl <br />- County Judge. <br />"Endorsed" No. 2195 In the County Court of SEWARD COUNTY, NEBRASKA. On consideration whereof, the Court finds that <br />due and legal notice of the proceedings has been given to all persons interested in said matter, <br />both creditors and heirs, as by law required. That all of the statements and allegations set <br />forth in said Petition are true, and that the said Olga S.King, deceased, died intestate in <br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 29th day of August, 1923, seized and possessed at the time of <br />her death of an estate of inheritance in the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lot Five.(5), in Block One Hundred Twenty -eight (12e>), in Koenig and Weibels to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />That no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an administra- <br />tor of the Estate of said deceased.
