<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the claim for undertaking services
<br />of R. E. Apf el, undertaker, in the sum of $288.48 have been paid; the. claim of R. E. Apf el, for opening
<br />the grave in the Wood River Cemetery has been paid together with the account of the Maxon Drug
<br />Company for drugs in the sum of $6.55, and the claim of Dr. A.J.Molzahn for services to the said
<br />John Franklin White have been paid by the sisters of the said John Franklin White, deceased.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the above described premises, to-
<br />wit: an undivided 1/5 interest in Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Eight (S) in the Village of
<br />Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska was the home and homestead of Carl E.White, father, of John
<br />Franklin White, deceased; that the said John Franklin White continued to' occupy said home after
<br />the death of his father, Carl E.White, until the death of the said John Franklin White, and that
<br />the said premises was the home and homestead of the said John Franklin White, deceased, at the time
<br />of his death.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the above described premises is
<br />exempt from execution, attachement, or other mesne processes, and is not liable for the payment of
<br />any debts or claims against said deceased, if any such there be.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the estate of John Franklin
<br />White, deceased, is entitled to be settled under the "Small Estates Act" of the State of Nebraska;
<br />that it is unnecessary to appoint an administrator, and that the property above described passed
<br />and descended to the sisters and brother of John Franklin White, deceased, in equal shares to each,
<br />and the same is hereby awarded to them.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED -AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the costs of this proceeeding has
<br />been paid; that said estate is not liable for any claims or debts; that the undivided 1/5 interest
<br />of John Franklin White in and to Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Eight (8) in the Village of
<br />Wood River, Hall County, Nebrask did pass and descend at his death in the following shares, to-
<br />wit: Maud McLe n, an undivided 1%4 thereof, Cora Campbell an undivided 1/4 thereof, Pearl Standage,
<br />an undivided 1/4 thereof, and Paul White, an undivided 1/4 thereof.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that further administration of said
<br />estate is dispensed with; that the said estate is closed and settled, and that said estate is
<br />hereby settled and determined by the Court in accordance with the provisions of the "Small Estates
<br />Act" of the State of Nebraska.

<br />NOW on this 15 day of May,1946,this matter came on before the Court for hearing upon the petition
<br />of George H.Humphrey and was submitted to tine Court.
<br />The Court, after being fully advised in the premises and, after due and carefu consideration, finds
<br />that legal notice of this proceeding has been given to all persons interested,both creditors and
<br />heirs,as required by Iaw;tliat the allegations of said petition are true;that the said Nancy A.
<br />Humphrey died intestate on November 2111921;a resident of Grand jsland,Hall County,Nebraska•tlaat
<br />said decedent died more than two years-previous to the filing of the petition herein and was,at
<br />the date of her death,seized of an undivided one =half interest in and to land situated in the
<br />State- of. Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot Seven (7) in Block Eleven (11),Original Town,now City of Grand-Island,Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />That no administrator of the estate of said deceased has been appointed in the State of'Nebraska,
<br />and that ho decree of heirship has heretofore been entered in a probate of her said estate in
<br />Nebraska; that said deceased left surviving her as,her sole and only heirs at law the following:
<br />George H.Humphrey,Surviving spouse,
<br />Maynard I. Humphrey, son of deceased,
<br />Edith I.Humphrey,now Edith I.Wendt,daughter of deceased,
<br />Leslie U.Humphrey, son of deceased,
<br />Catherine M.Humphrey,now Catherine M. Shaver,
<br />daughter of deceased.
<br />That the interest of said deceased in and to said real estate descended to the above named persons
<br />in the proportion of one -third interest in said undivided one -half to George H.Humphrey,and an
<br />undivided ones -dixth of said one -half interest to each of the following,Maynard I.Humphrey,Edith
<br />I.Humphrey,now Edith I.Wendt,Leslie M.Humphrey,and Catherine M.Humphrey,now Catherine M.Shaver,
<br />children of said deceased,and George H.Humphrey.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE,CONSIDERED,DETEUdINED AND-DECREED that the interest of the deceased in the real
<br />estate,hereinbefore described,descended to George H.Humphrey,an undivided one -third of said one -
<br />half interest,and to Maynard I.Humphrey,Edith I.Humphrey,now Edith I.Wendt,Leslie M.Hump.hrey,and
<br />Catherine M.Humphrey,now Catherine M.Shaver,children of said deceased,each an undivided one -sixth
<br />of said one -half interest.
