r <br />25 <br />NO. 9 HALL COUNTY. <br />That a petition was filed in said court by the executrix Blanche May Gasteyer praying the Court <br />that she as such executrix might be allowed to make her report and settlement with the Court in <br />the matter of said estate, and that said estate might be set apart to her by an order of the <br />Court as the terms of the last Will and Testament of said Charles Herman Gasteyer, Deceased, <br />directed, and that she might be discharged from her trust as such executrix. She at the same <br />time filing a report of her doings as such executrix._ <br />That a day for hearing was fixed by the Court upon said petition and report and that notice of <br />such day of hearing was published in the Sherman County Times, for three consecutive weeks prior <br />to such hearing. <br />That a hearing was had upon said petition and report on the day fixed by the Court, and the <br />following findings, and Decree was by the Court made. <br />In County Court of Sherman County, Nebraska. <br />In The Matter Of The Estate Of Charles Herman Gasteyer, Deceased. <br />Decree of the Court Setting apart to Blanche May Gasteyer,Sole legatee of Charles Herman <br />Gasteyer, Deceased the Estate of said Deceased. <br />And now on this 4th day of February, 1905, comes Blanche May Gasteyer, the executrix of the <br />estate of said Charles Herman Gasteyer, Deceased, and makes her final report and settlement with <br />the court, in the matter of said estate said report showing that all expenses of the last sickness, <br />and all costs of the funeral, and all costs of administration of the Estate of said Deceased, have <br />been paid in fulls <br />That of the Estate remaining in her hands undisposed of is the following, to -wits- Lots(10) (11), <br />and (12), in Block (18) in thr origional town of Loup City Nebraska, and Lots (11), and (12), in <br />Block (12), of the origional town of—Loup City, Nebraska, and Lot (6) in Haym$n's Sub-Division <br />of the West 1/2 of the West 1/4, of Section (25), Township (11), North,Range `10) in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, of One Half Ineterest in the 16 to 1 Mine at Hopewell, New Mexico. <br />Said described Real Estate being of the estimated value of $9250.QO. <br />Also Personal Estate consisting of a stock of General Merchandise, Cash in Bank &c.of the estimated <br />value of $1239$.00. <br />After an examination of said report the Court finds the same to be correct and it is duly allowed <br />as and for the final report of said Executrix, and is ordered to be recorded as such. <br />The Court further finds that the said Blanche May Gagt ever, Widow of the said Charles Herman <br />Gasteyer, Deceased, is by the terms of the Last Will and Testament of said Charles Herman Gasteyer, <br />Deceased, entitled to the immediate possession of all the Estate of said Deceased, both Real and <br />Personal, wherever found or of whatsoever nature, to be her own absolutely and forever. <br />It is therefore Considered, Ordered and Decreed by the Court, that the said Blanche May <br />Gasteyer, Widow of said Charles Herman Gasteyer, Deceased, do have and hold as for her own ab- <br />solutely and forever, all the Estate of said Charles Herman Gasteyer,Deceased, both Real and <br />Personal, of whatsoever nature or kind or wherever found. <br />It is further ordered by the Court that the said Blanche May Gasteyer, as Executrix of said <br />estate of said Charles Herman Gasteyer Deceased, transfer to said Blanche May Gasteyer,Widow, of <br />said Charles Herman Gasteyer, Deceased, all of the Estate, books, papers or other things which <br />she as such executrix now holds belonging to said Estate and that so doing and filing with the <br />Court due proof of having so done -uht will be discharged from her trust as such executrix, and <br />her bond will be relieved from any further liability. concerning; the same. <br />Witness my hand, and the Official Seal of the County Court of Sherman County, Nebraska, this 4th <br />day of February, 1905. <br />(SEAL) J.A.Angier, <br />County Judge. <br />Due proof of the transfer of the Estate as described above having been filed in the County Court <br />of said County, by Blanche May Gasteyer, as executrix of said Estate of Charles Herman Gasteyer, <br />Deceased, it is therefore Ordered by the said Court that the said Blanche May Gasteyer, be and she <br />hereby is discharged from her said trust as such executrix, and her bondsmen are hereby relieved <br />from any further liabilities on her bond as such executrix. <br />In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the official seal of my Court, this <br />4th day of February, 1905- <br />J.A. "\ .e� <br />Register ear of -Deedd <br />0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-a-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0- <br />FINAL DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ) <br />ESTATE OF ) FINAL DECREE. <br />MINNIE J.ALSTOT, deceased. ) <br />Now. on this 13th day of March, 1946, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report <br />filed herein byHarold J.Alstot, the duly appointed, qualified, and acting administrator of the <br />Estate of Minnie J.Alstot, deceased, and the Court having examined the files and records of said <br />estate, including said Final Report and being fully advised in the premises finds as follows: <br />That on the 23rd day of August 1945, Harold J.Alstot filed in the Court a Petition alleging <br />among other things that the said kinnie J.Alstot departed this life intestate, a resident of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on the 19th day of August, 1945, leaving as her heir at law, and only heir at <br />law, a son, Harold J.Alstot, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, over 21 years of age. <br />The Court further finds that a hearing was had on said Petition after due notice as provided by <br />law and Harold J.Alstot was issued letters of administration by said Court on the 22nd day of <br />September, 1945 to administer the assets of said estate. <br />The Court further finds that notice was given to creditors of said estate as provided by law, <br />and the time for filing claims against said estate fully expired on the 17th day of January,1946 <br />and that all persons having claims, if any such therebe, not filed within the time provided by <br />the order of this Court should be forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such <br />
