<br />We whose names are hereunto subscribed, do hereby certify that Minnie Leschinsky, the testatrix,
<br />subscribed her name to the foregoing instrument, consisting of two pages, in our presence and in
<br />the presence ,6f each of us and at the same time in our presence and hearing, declared the same to
<br />be her Last Will and Testament, and we at her request and in her presence and in the presence of
<br />each other have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting w tnesses.

<br />CODICIL TO LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
<br />OF MINNIE LESCHINSKY
<br />I, Minnie Leschinsky, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory,
<br />do hereby make this codicil to my Last Will, which Will is dated September 5, 1939, hereby ratifying
<br />and confirming said Will in every respect excepting as hereinafter modified.
<br />I hereby revoke the Fifth paragraph of said Will which now reads: "Any debts owing me at the
<br />time of my deceased, be they promissory notes secured by real estate mortgage or unsecured, or
<br />any other debts which my sisters, Mrs. Anna Lumbard or Miss Elizabeth Doll, might owe me, shall be
<br />cancelled and I hereby give to such debtors the amount they may be owing to me at the time of my
<br />decease. ",and in lieu thereof,hereby provide that any debts owing me at the time of my death by
<br />my sisters, Mrs. Anna Lumbard and Miss Elizabeth Doll, be they promissory notes or other debts, be
<br />they secured by real estate mortgage or unsecured, I hereby cancel and hereby give to my said sisters
<br />Mrs. Anna Lumbard and Miss Elizabeth Doll, any amount they respectively may be owing me at the time
<br />of my decease, and authorize and direct my Executrix to satisfy and release any such debts of record.
<br />Done at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 15th day of June, 1944-.

<br />The foregoing codicil was at the date thereof, signed, sealed, published and declared by said
<br />Testatrix in our presence as and for a codicil to her Last Will of September 5, 1939, and we in
<br />her presence and at her special request, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto sub-

<br />At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said County,
<br />on the 19th day of September, A.D., 1945 -

<br />In the Matter of the Estate of
<br />Minnie Leschinsky, deceased.
<br />I. Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that
<br />on the 25th day of August, 1945, instruments purporting to be the Last Will and Testament and
<br />Codicil thereto of Minnie Leschinsky, deceased, were filed for probate in this Court. That on
<br />the 19th day of September, 1945, said instruments to which this certificate is attached were duly
<br />proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament and Codicil of the real and personal
<br />estate of said Minnie Leschinsky, deceased, and the same were ordered to be recorded in the records
<br />of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court,
<br />this 19th day of September, 1945- _ Charles Bossert

<br />and said Elizabeth Doll named in said Will, was appointed Executrix thereof upon her furnishing
<br />bond in the sum of $1,000.00 as ordered by this Court, which bond was furnished and approved;
<br />the Court further finds that said Minnie Leschinsky, at the time of her death, was a widow, and
<br />that she left the following heirs-at-law and only heirs -at -law, to -wit: Anna Lumbard, a sister,
<br />and Elizabeth Doll, a sister, she leaving her no issue nor the children of any issue surviving,
<br />and both of her parents having preceeded her in death.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 19th day of September, 1945, an order of this Court was
<br />made allowing creditors three months from and after the 17th day of October, 1945, in which to file
<br />their claims against said estate and said Executrix one year in which to settle said estate, and
<br />further ordering that notice to creditors be published in the Grand Island Independent-, a legal
<br />newspaper published and circulating in Hall County, Nebraska, for three successive weeks prior
<br />t.o the 17th day of October, 1945, and that a hearing on claims filed against said estate would
<br />be held at the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 19th day of January,
<br />1946, at 9 o1clock A.M., and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published
<br />as ordered by this Court.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 27th day of September, 1945, said Elizabeth-Doll filed in
<br />this Court her inventory of the property of said estate, and that according to said inventory, the
<br />deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property to -wit:
<br />REAL ESTATE.
<br />Lots Seven (7), Eight (8) and Nine (9) in Block Twenty -seven (27) in Charles Wasmer's
<br />Additionr to The City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />CHATTEL PROPERTY
<br />Promissory note of Elizabeth Doll dated September 13, 1939, in the sum of X30,000.00
<br />with interest at 4% per annum payable monthly, payable to Minnie Leschinsky, secured
<br />by real estate mortgage on the Easterly two- thirds (E 213) of Lot Three (3) in Block
<br />Sixty -seven (67) of the Original Town now City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and on Lots
<br />Six (6) and Seven (7) in Block One Hundred (100) of Railroad Addition to Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, on which interest has been paid in full to August 13, 1945, which mortgage
<br />is recorded in Book 75 at page 606 of the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska..
