<br />WILL AND DECREE
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF WILLIAM F.STOLLEY.
<br />I, William F.Stolley, residing in the County of Hall and state of Nebraska, considering the
<br />uncertainty of this mortal life, and being of sound mind and memory, blessed be God for the same:
<br />do hereby make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and
<br />form following, that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I hereby order and direct that my executrix hereinafter named shall pay all my just debts and
<br />funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND.
<br />All the rest and residue of my estate, real, personal or mixed, whether now owned by me or
<br />hereafter acquired and wherever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Olive
<br />Frances Stolley.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I make, constitute and appoint my wife, the aforesaid Olive Frances Stolley, executrix of this
<br />my last Will and Testament and request that she be required to give no bond as such executrix
<br />and I hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 7th day of
<br />December in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty three.

<br />the testator, subscribed his name to this instrument consisting of one typewritten page, in our

<br />At a Session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said County,

<br />I, Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that
<br />on the 28th day of August, 1945, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />William F.Stolley deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 19th day of September
<br />1945, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said William F.Stolley deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />WILLIAM F.STOLLEY, DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 28th day of February, 1946, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report
<br />of Olive Fran es Stolley, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of William F.Stolley, deceased,
<br />and upon her Petition for settlement of said estate, and the Court having examined the records
<br />and files and--being duly advised in the premises finds that due and legal notice has been given
<br />to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final
<br />report as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />And no one appearing to object to said report and the Court having examined the same, together
<br />with vouchers on file and the testimony offered in support thereof, and being duly advised in the
<br />premises finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be
<br />allowed and approved as and for the Final Report of said executrix.
<br />The Court further finds that the said William F.Stolley, deceased, departed this life testate
<br />on the 12th day of August, 1945, and at the time of his death the said William F.Stolley was a
<br />resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 28th day of August, 1945 Olive Frances Stolley, widow of
<br />the said William F.Stolley, deceased, filed in this Court her duly verified Petition praying for
<br />the allowance and probate of an instrument prrporting to the Last Will and Testament of the said
