That on the 19th day of September <br />1945, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed <br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said William F.Stolley deceased, <br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, this <br />19th day of September, 1945• <br />(SEAL) Charles Bossert <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA F I L E D County Judge <br />SEP 19 1945 CHARLES BOSSERT COUNTY JUDGE <br />IN THE DISTRICT OU OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) <br />OF FINAL DE -CREE <br />WILLIAM F.STOLLEY, DECEASED. <br />Now on this 28th day of February, 1946, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report <br />of Olive Fran es Stolley, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of William F.Stolley, deceased, <br />and upon her Petition for settlement of said estate, and the Court having examined the records <br />and files and--being duly advised in the premises finds that due and legal notice has been given <br />to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final <br />report as heretofore ordered by the Court. <br />And no one appearing to object to said report and the Court having examined the same, together <br />with vouchers on file and the testimony offered in support thereof, and being duly advised in the <br />premises finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be <br />allowed and approved as and for the Final Report of said executrix. <br />The Court further finds that the said William F.Stolley, deceased, departed this life testate <br />on the 12th day of August, 1945, and at the time of his death the said William F.Stolley was a <br />resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that on the 28th day of August, 1945 Olive Frances Stolley, widow of <br />the said William F.Stolley, deceased, filed in this Court her duly verified Petition praying for <br />the allowance and probate of an instrument prrporting to the Last Will and Testament of the said <br />J <br />n <br />n <br />1 <br />
