<br />3 DECREE DETERMINING HEIRS
<br />;Now on this 20th day of February,l946,this cause came on to be heard upon the pleadings and the
<br />evidence and was submitted to the COurt,on condideration whereof the Court finds that due and
<br />legal notice of these proceedings has been given to all persons interested in said matter,both
<br />creditors and heirs,as required by law; that all of the statements and allegations set forth in
<br />the petition herein filed,are true ;that the said Lula Anna Talbot died intestate in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,on October 6,1937,seized and possessed at the time of her death,of the following describ-
<br />ed real estate,to -wit:
<br />Fractional Lots Twenty -three (23) and Twenty -four (24) in Fractional Block Eight (9) in Ashton
<br />P1aoepan Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska;
<br />That no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appoinment of an Administrator
<br />of the estate of said deceased,and that her only heirs were and are her husband,Ira Talbot,and
<br />her children Charles Talbot,Edna Hecker,Velma McKee and Pauline Seim, all of whom are over the
<br />age of 21 years,and that no issue survive of any.predeoeased children of said decedent ;and the
<br />Court hereby finds and determins that they,Ira Talbot,Charles Talbot,Edna Hecker,Velma McKee and
<br />Pauline Seim,are the sole and only heirs -at -law of said Lula Anna Talbot,deceased,and that said
<br />real estate descended to said heirs -at -law in the shares hereinafter set forth.
<br />Ili' IS `ihEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that the real estate above described be and
<br />the same hereby is assigned unto the following named persons as follows:
<br />Ira Talbot,an undivided 1/3
<br />Charles Talbot,an undivided 1/6
<br />Edna Hecker, an undivided 1/6
<br />Velma McKee, an undivided. 1/6
<br />Pauline Seim, an dndivided 1/6
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT Shat All claims and demands against the estate
<br />of said deceased,whether due or to become due,whether absolute or oontingent,be and the same hereby
<br />are forever barred.

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ) FINAL DECREE.
<br />GEORGE T.GLOVER, DECEASED. )
<br />NOW on this 23rd day of January, 1946, this cause came on for hearing on the final report of
<br />E.D. Glover, Administrator of the estate of George T.Glover, deceased; and it appearing to the sat-.
<br />isfaction of the court that notice as required by law has been given to all persons interested as
<br />to the filing of said report and the time fixed for final settlement of said estate by publication,
<br />and no objection or protest has been filed, and on examination thereof the Court finds that said
<br />report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed as the final report of said
<br />administrator.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said
<br />deceased of the time and place appointed for filing of claims against said estate and the time
<br />allowed for filing; claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate
<br />have been paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said estate and not so filed,
<br />if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that George T.Glover departed this life do the 29th day of March,1945,
<br />he being at that time a resident of Lima, Ohio, but owning certain real and personal property in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; that he died intestate, leaving as his heirs and only heirs at law the
<br />following named persons;
<br />Eva Deisel Glover, surviving widow, Lima Ohio.
<br />Kathryn Mulligan,surviving daughter,Lafayette, Indiana
<br />Margaret Paddock, surviving daughter, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
<br />Gretchen Glov er, Mo t t er, surviving daughter, Lima, Ohio .
<br />William Glover, surviving son, Lima,Ohio.
