<br />I,Charles Bossert,Judge of the County Courtin and for-said County,do hereby certify that on tte
<br />12th day of May 1944,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Rudolph C.
<br />Runge deceased,was filed for probate in this Court,That on the 7th day of June 1944,said instruw -.
<br />went to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed as the last will
<br />and testament of the real and personal estate of said Rudolph C.Runge deceased,and the same was
<br />ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on thisl4th day of January, 1946, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Lenora Maxine Rief,executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Rudolph C. Runge, deceased, and upon
<br />her petition for final settlement of said estate,and her discharge herein;and the court having
<br />examined the records and files,and being duly advised in the premises,fihds that due and legal
<br />notice has been given to sll persons of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said Final
<br />Report and Petition;and the court having examined said report together with the vouchers on file,
<br />and being duly advised in the premises,and no one appearing to object to said report,finds that r--d,
<br />said report is true and correct in all things,and that the same ought to be approved,and allowed
<br />as and for the final report of said executrix,said estate settled,and closed,and said executrix
<br />discharged.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for filing claims against said estate,and that the time so fixed has
<br />fully expired,and that all persons having claims against said estate,if any such there be,are
<br />forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the said executrix has paid the funeral expenses of said deceased,the
<br />costs of this proceeding,the claims filed against said estate as allowed by the Court,that nothing
<br />further remains in her hands belonging to said estate.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that an appraiser was appointed by this Court to appraise said estate for
<br />inheritance tax. The tax assessed against said estate was the sum of 56.49,which has been paid
<br />by the executris; that the said executrix has advanced some of her own funds with which to pay
<br />claims filed against said estate,and that she makes no claim against the real estate or other
<br />assets of said estate for the money she advanced.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the said Rudolph C.Runge died seized as the owner in fee simple
<br />title to the northerly 64 feet of Lot Five in Block 94 in the original %own,now City of Grand
<br />Island,nal.l County,Nebraska,and that under the terms and provisions of the last Will and Testament
<br />of the said Rudolph C.Runge,said real estate did pass and descend in absolute title to Lenora
<br />Maxine Rief,and the same is hereby awarded to her.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED,AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of the said
<br />Lenora Maxine Rief as executrix of the. Last Will and Testament of Rudolph C.Runge, be, and the
<br />same hereby is,approved and allowed as and for her final report, and said estate is hereby settled
<br />and closed,and the said executrix discharged and her bond released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against said estate,
<br />If any such there be,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims
<br />against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions of the Last
<br />Will and Testament of Rudolph C.Runge,deceased,that the real estate above described passed and
<br />descended to the sole legatee named in his Will,Lenora Maxine Rief,by absolute title,and that said
<br />real estate passed and descended to her subject to the liens of record,and distribution of said
<br />real estate is hereby accordingly made.
