<br />The west half of the northwest quarter of Section Twelve (12), Township Twelve (12), Range
<br />Twelve (12),in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />An. 11 /32nds interest in and_ to Lots Three (31 and Four (4) in Block Fifteen (15) in the
<br />Original Town of Cairo, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />is assigned to the above determined heirs -at -law of such deceased in the proportion of one - seventh
<br />each to suc1I Mary L. Green, Flora L. Tracy, Lucy E. Hodgson, Henrietta M. Garland, Tena S. St evens, and
<br />Nellie T.Brayton, and a one - twenty -first each to such Robert Balcom, Elizabeth Rumsey, and Alfred
<br />Balcom, respectivel ; a partial distribution shall be made of the monies belonging to such testate,
<br />namely, the sum of 15,750.00, which shall be distributed to the heirs at law hereinbefore deter-
<br />mined in the same proportions as they share in the real estate of such deceased; the report and
<br />account of such administrator filed herein January 10, 1946, after allowing credit for the addition-
<br />al expenditures for court costs, administrators commission and attorney's fees, is approve, con-
<br />firmed and allowed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that; such administrator shall retain in his hands the sum of $6425.30
<br />pending the ascertainment and determination of the Federal income tax liability of such deceased
<br />and his estate; and, the matter is continued for ascertainment of the amount, if any, of Federal
<br />income tax liability of such deceased and estate.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF RUDOLPH C.RUNGE.
<br />I,Rudolph C.Runge,of Grand Island Hall County,Nebraska,do hereby make,publish and deelare,this
<br />my last will and testament,hereby revoking all wills,testameate and codicils heretofore made,as
<br />follows:
<br />ITS ONE: I direct that expenses of my last illness and burial be first paid.
<br />ITEM TWO: All the rest,residue andremainder of my estate,bdth real and personal property,now owned
<br />or hereafter acquired by me and wherever sittated,I give,devise and bequeath to my step - daughter,
<br />Lenora Maxine Rief,if she survives me,including my residence at 113 South Oak Street,Grand Island,
<br />N ebraska,whioh is in my name as Rudolph Runge.Her $eceasdd mother contributed $500.00 toward the
<br />purchase of this residence and Lenora Maxine Rief,named Virginia May Riot in her birth certificate,
<br />has rendered faithful service in the past in the care of the home and In the care of my deceased
<br />wife, her mother, and intends to keep house for me in the future and my modest estate I feel should
<br />rightfully go to her,if she survives me.
<br />ITEM THREE: Should my said step- daughter die before me,the estate bequeathed by item two hereof
<br />shall,in that event,go to and be divided equally among the following of my brothers and sisters,
<br />namely- William Runge of Gunnison,Colorado,Charles Runge of Gunnison,Colorado,Peter Runge,of
<br />Los Angeles,California,Anna Brazelton of Grand Island, 'Nebraska,Auguat Runge,now in the army and
<br />Emil Runge of Ravenna,Nebraska and it any of the above named brothers or the sister die before
<br />me,the children of the deceased shall stand in the place of theY,parent and take the share the
<br />parent would have taken hereunder if living at my death and should shy sister or any of my said
<br />brothers above named die before me leaving no child or children her or him su3bviving,my said
<br />estate shall be divided among the survivors of the above named brothers and sister and the child-
<br />ren of any that my the before me by representation.

<br />ITEM FOUR: I nominate and appoint mar said Step- daughter,Lenora Maxine Rief, to be executrix of this
<br />my last will and testament and I direct that she be not required -fo gIve - bond or surety as such
<br />executrix.
<br />In Witness whereof,l have hereunto set my hand to this my last will and testament in triplicate
<br />and have subscribed my name on the margin of the first page hereof In triplicate and I provide
<br />that any one of the copies may be probated as an original.
