<br />DECREE
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the Matter of the
<br />ESTATE OF SIEFERT LAURITZEN, D E C R E E
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now on this 11th day of February, 1946, this cause came on to be heard on the petition of
<br />Nellie A.Frymire, and the Court, after having examined the records and files in this cause, finds
<br />that notice has been given of the filing of said petition in the manner and form provided by the
<br />laws of the State of Nebraska; whereupon said cause came on to be heard, evidence was taken, and
<br />the Court finds as follows:
<br />That the deceased died intestate December 20, 1916, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska; that
<br />S.C.Huston was on January 22, 1916, appointed administrator of his estate and qualified as such,
<br />and filed a Final Report in this estate; that notice of the filing of said Final Report was given
<br />in the manner and form provided by law; that no objections to said Final Report have been filed
<br />in the estate, and that he accounted therein for all the assets of said estate that came into his
<br />knowledge or possession, and that said Final Report should be approved; that no decree of heirship
<br />has ever been filed in this cause.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Siefert Lauritzen was the owner at the time of his death
<br />RLot Seven ( 7) in Block Four (4) of the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, Nebraska; that
<br />Nellie A.Frymire is now the owner in fee simple absolute of said real estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the sole and only heir at law of the said Siefert Lauritzen was
<br />his mother, Dorothea Lauritzen, in the first degree of kinship.
<br />IT IS.,THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that Siefert Lauritzen died
<br />intestate a citizen and resident of Hall County, Nebraska, on December 20, 1916; that his sole
<br />and only heir at law was his mother, Dorothea Lauritzen, in tote first degree of kinship, he the
<br />said Siefert Lauritzen having been unmarried, and leaving no'chil.d or children him surviving,
<br />nor the issue of any deceased child or children him surviving, and that the right of descent of
<br />the real property belonging to the deceased, to -wit, Lot Seven (7) in Block Four (4) of the
<br />Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, descended to the said Dorothea
<br />Lauritzen.
<br />The Court further finds that the expenses of administering said estate and court costs have
<br />been paid in full.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of S.C.Huston
<br />be and the same is hereby allowed; that he be discharged as administrator and this estate finally
<br />closed.

<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF SIEFERT LAURITZEN,DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remain-
<br />ing in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof., and of the whole of such original
<br />record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that
<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal
<br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is
<br />in due form of law.

<br />Now on this 11th day of February, 1946, this cause came on to be heard on the petition of
<br />Nellie A.Frymire, and the Court, after having examined the records and files in this cause, finds
<br />that notice has been given of the filing of said petition in the manner and form provided by the
<br />laws of the State of Nebraska; whereupon said cause came on to be heard, evidence was taken, and
<br />the Court finds as follows:
<br />That Signe Michelson died intestate on December 18, 1943, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and that more than two years have elapsed since the date of the.death of the deceased; that no
<br />administrator has been appointed in Nebraska for her estate; that she died seized of an inheritance
<br />in this state, to -wit: an interest in Lot Seven (7) in Block Four (4) of the Original Town, now
<br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska; that Nellie A.Frymire, the petitioner, is the present owner of
<br />said real estate in fee simple absolute; that the said Signe Michelson left her surviving as her
<br />sole and only heirs at law, Irene A.Awe and Albert W.Hendrickson.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY•THE COURT that Signe Michelson died intestate
<br />Hecember 18, 1943; that her sole and only heirs at law were and are Irene A.Awe and Albert W.
<br />endrickson; that they are in the first degree of kinship, and that the right of descent of the
<br />real property, of which the deceased died seized, descended to Irene A.Awe and Albert W.Hendrickson
<br />as tenants in common, share and share alike, and the court does hereby make and enter his decree
