<br />Richard N.Longmate, Deceased.
<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the 6th day of March, 1929, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament' of Richard
<br />N.Longmate, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 3rd day of April, 1929,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Richard N.Longmate deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, this

<br />ESTATE OF RICHARD N.LONGMATE, FINAL DECREE
<br />DECEASED. )
<br />Now on this 20 day of August, 1929, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Gertrude Longmate and The Nebraska Loan & Trust Company, by A.E.Cady, President, Executors of the
<br />last will and testament of Richard X Longmate, deceased, and it appearing to the satisfaction of
<br />the court that notice as required by law has been given to all persons interested as to the filing
<br />of said report and of the time fixed for final settlement of said estate, by publication, and no
<br />objection or protest has been filed.
<br />On examination thereof the Court finds that said report is correct in all respects and ought
<br />to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said executors; that they have accounted
<br />for all of the property of said deceased coming into their hands or under their control; that they
<br />have paid all legacies under the will and have made distribution of the personal property in accord-
<br />ance with the terms of the will.
<br />The court further finds that notice as required by laws was given to all creditors of said
<br />deceased of the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against his estate, and that
<br />the'time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against
<br />said estate have been paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said deceased
<br />and not so filed, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of the-executors be and
<br />the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for their final report and account.
<br />It is further considered, ordered and decreed by the court that all persons having claims
<br />and not having filed their claims herein, if any, are forever barred, excluded and precluded
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against said estate and that the same is fully
<br />settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that the said Richard N.Longmate departed this life on the twenty -third
<br />day of February, 1929; that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and that he left a last Will and Testament which instrument was filed for probate
<br />in this court on the sixth day of March, 1929, and was duly proved, allowed and admitted to probate
<br />in this court on the third day of April, 1929.
<br />=The court further finds that the said Richard N.Longmate died the owner in fee simple absolute
<br />of the following described real estate situated in the County of Hal and State of Nebraska, to -wit.
<br />The North Forty -two (42) Feet of Lot Five (5) in Block Eighteen 19) in the H.G.Clark
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of the Last Will and Testament
<br />of the said Richard N.Longmate, the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend
<br />at the death of the testator to Gertrude Longmate, his widow, and Ethel Flint, his daughter, one -
<br />half each, share and share alike.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ArJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the real estate of
<br />the said Richard N.Longmate, deceased, described as the North Forty -two (42) Feet of Lot Five (5)
<br />in Block Eighteen (18) in the H.G.Clark Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />passed and descended under and by virtue of said Last Will and Testament of said Richard N.Longmate,
<br />deceased, to Gertrude N.Longmate and Ethel Flint, an undivided one -half each, share and share alike,
<br />and said real estate is accordingly awarded to said legatees.
