I give and devise unto my three children, Minnie Pratt, Martin C.Goble and Homer L.Goble, and to my grand son Gerald Goble (the child of my deceased son team Goble), five sevenths of said lots one to nineteen, both inclusive, in Rittenhouse's Subdivision of Block twenty eight of D.W. Palmer's Prospect Park Addition to Hastings, and all of the said northwest quarter of section twenty eight, town nine, north, range eleven west of the sixth principal meridian, the undivided one fourth thereof to each; subject, however, to the life estate therein hereinbefore devised to my husband. I give and bequeath unto my said three children and my said grandson, in equal shares, all of my personal property of every kind and description. It is my will that my son Vernon E.Goble shall have no share in,my estate, for the reason that I have paid so much in settlement of debts incurred by him. I hereby constitute and appoint Charles K.Hart, of Prosser, Nebraska, executor of this my last will and testament, and I hereby revoke all former wills made by me.
