I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court, in and for -said County, do hereby certify that on the 15th day of June, 1943, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Sophia C.Brandt, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 6th day of August, 1943, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament -of the real and personal estate of said Sophia C.Brandt deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, this 6th day of August, 1943- - - Paul N.Kirk (SEAL) County Judge HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA F I L E D AUG 6 1943 PAUL N.KIRK COUNTY JUDGE IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA In the Matter of the Estate ) of } FINAL DECREE SOPHIA C.BRANDT, Deceased. ) Now on this 20th day of December, 1944, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of B.J.Cunningham, administrator with the will annexed of the estate of Sophia C.Brandt, deceased, and it appearing to the satisfaction -of the Court that notice has been given to all persons in- terested in said estate as to the filing of said report and of the time appointed for final settlement of said estate as required by order of the Court, and no one appearing to object to the allowance of said report. Upon examination thereof, the Court finds that said administrator with the will annexed has accounted for all of the assets of said-deceased; that he has paid the Court costs, costs of ad- ministration, attorney fees,'and that there is a balance in his hand for distribution in the sum of $1055.03. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED BY THE COURT that the report of the said B.J.Cunningham, administrator with the will annexed, is hereby approved and allowed, and that the balance remaining in the hands of said administrator be administered in accordance with the terms of the Last Will and Testament of the said Sophia C.Brandt, deceased. THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that notice was given to all creditors of said deceased of the time allowed and place appointed for filing-claims against said estate; that the time so allowed has fully expired and that all claims outstanding against said estate not so filed, if any such exist, are therefore barred and precluded, and that all -Court costs and costs of administration of said estate have been paid. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claim or demand against the estate of Sophia C.Brandt, deceased. THE COURT FURTHER FINDS-that the said Sophia C.Brandt departed this life on the 12th day of January, 1941; that she was a- resident of Burleigh County,-North Dakota; that she left a Last Will and Testament which was duly admitted to probate in the County Court of Burleight County, North Dakota on the 14th day of January, 1942; that an authenticated copy of the order allowing said Will to probate has been dgtly filed in this Court. THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that notice of the probate of said Will in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska was published as provided by law, and that said Will was duly admitted to probate on August 13, 1943, in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska; that B.J.Cunningham was named administrator with the Will annexed of said Estate. THE C!)URT FURTHER FINDS that the said Sophia C.Brandt died ceased of an undivided 113 interest In and to Lot Eight (8) in Block "A" of Boehm's subdivision, located on Lot Sixteen (16) of County Subdivision of South Half (81) of the Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Section Sixteen (16) Township Eleven (11),Range Nine (9),and Part of Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of the Northeast L� I� I.
