<br />I, Melissa Fallis, widow, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and Aka-
<br />posing memory, do melee, and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and form fol-
<br />lowing; that is.to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial, be first paid.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath to my beloved children, Daisy J.Fallis and Basil Lawrence Fallis,
<br />and to the survivor of either in the event either should be dead at the time of my death, all the
<br />rest, residue, and remainder of the estate, both real and personal, of which I shall the the owner.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I nominate and appoint my said daughter, Daisy J.Fallis, as executrix of this will,, and request
<br />that she be not required to furnish surety on her official bond as such.
