<br />The Court further finds that said deceased was the owner of the following described real estate
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: The easterly 9.6 feet of Lot Nine (9), and Lot Ten (10), in Block
<br />Five (5), in Rollins Addition to the city of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska; and a one -third
<br />interest in Lot Two (2) in Block Forty -five (45) of Russel Wheeler's Addition to the city of Grand
<br />Island, in Hall County, Nebraska; that title to the said real estate was held in the name of Frances
<br />J.Watson, and that said Frances J.Watson and Frances Jeanette Watson was one and the same person,
<br />notwithstanding the discrepancy in names.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased left surviving her, as her sole and only h�at�,
<br />law, the following: Jennie Brown, a sister; James B.Watts, a brother; Olive B.Motsic , S s s 'er,,4
<br />and Ernest C.Watts, a brother, all of legal age; that the parents of said deceased preceded her
<br />in death; and that all of the real estate above described passed and descended under the laws of
<br />descent of the state of Nebraska, to the aforesaid surviving heirs -at -law, share and share alike.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax under the laws of
<br />the state of Nebraska; that the administratrix has paid all claims filed, the funeral expenses
<br />and debts of the deceased; and the costs of administering the estate, and that she has made dis-
<br />tribution as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />That there remains no further property in the hands of the administratrix, and that said estate
<br />should be closed and the administratrix discharged.
<br />The Court finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place
<br />fixed for filing claims against the estate of said Frances Jeanette Watson, deceased, and that the
<br />time so fixed has fully expires, and that all persons having claims against the estate of Frances
<br />Jeanette Watson, deceased, if any such there be, and not filed herein, are forever barred and
<br />excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of Leona E.Bate, adminis-
<br />tratrix of said estate, be, and the same is hereby, approved and allowed as and for her final
<br />report and said administratrix is hereby discharged and her bond released and said estate is
<br />hereby settled and closed.
<br />IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT thatall persons having claims, and not filed
<br />herein, against said estate, are forever barred, enjoined and precluded from setting up or assert-
<br />ing any such claims against said estate.

<br />mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore
<br />make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that.my Executors, hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and
<br />funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath
<br />UNTO MY SON, ALBERT N. WEINRICH, OF COTESFIELD, NEBRASKA, TO HAVE THE SAME ABSOLUTELY, ALL OF MY
<br />UNDIVIDED ONE- HALFINTEREST IN AND TO THE MERCANTILE BUSINESS OF THE FIRM OF WERNER AND WEINRICH
