<br />of the Trustee concering the values for the purpose of such division or distribution of the property
<br />or securities shall be binding and conclusive on all parties interested therein.
<br />VIII.
<br />For its services the Trustee shall receive the following fees:
<br />A. Annually during the operation of the trust:
<br />1. For the management of farm property, $50 per individual farm per year.
<br />2. For the securit es and other property constituting the balance of the trust estate an
<br />annual fee of of 1% of the fair principal value thereof, such fee to be measured on
<br />principal but deducted from income.
<br />B. At the final distribution of assets out of the trust estate, real as well as personal property,
<br />a final distribution fee of 2% of the fair and reasonable value of the property distributed.
<br />With respect to the matter of farm compensation above mentioned, at the time of making this Will
<br />I own the following farms:
<br />1. SE4 Section 27 -9 -11; 120 acres on the west side in Section 26 -9 -11; and WJ of N'WJ 35 -9 -11,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. This farm comprises 360 acres.
<br />2. SEJ 26 -9 -11 and 40 acres adjoining
<br />This farm comprises 200 acres.
<br />3. NWJ 4 -8=-11 (163 acres) and NWT NEJ
<br />Adams County, Nebraska. This farm
<br />4. W2 SWJ 1 -8 -11; and W2 NEJ; and SEJ
<br />comprises 199 acres.
<br />5. E2 27 -9 -26 Lincoln County, Nebraskv
<br />this quarter section to the north,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />4 -8 -11; and 14 acres in the SEJ" of Section 5-9 -11
<br />comprises 217 acres.
<br />of NE4 11 -8 -11 Adams County, Nebraska. This farm
<br />i. This farm comprises 320 acres.
<br />The foregoing information as to farms now owned by me is intended solely as a memorandum record
<br />and in no way modifies, restricts; alters or changes any of the provisions of this Will.
<br />IX.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint The First Trust Company of Lincoln, Nebraska as executor of this
<br />MY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT and as trustee hereunder. I direct that no bond shall be required of
<br />said institution in either capacity. It shall have full power in its discretion to do any and all
<br />things necessary for the complete administration of my estate, including the power to sell at
<br />public or private sale, and without Order of -4--
<br />Court, any real or personal property belonging to my estate and to compound, compromise or other-
<br />wise settle or adjust any and all claims, charges, debts or demands against or in favor of my
<br />estate, as fully as I could do if living.

<br />I Christ Peterson,of Lincoln,Laneaster County,Nebraska,hereby make,publish and declare this as a
<br />codicil to my last will and testament dated August 23,1939-

<br />I do not wish to change the plan or terms of such will or make a change in those who are entitled
<br />to the income and principal at the various times I have therein specified but I wish to amplify
<br />paragraph A of Article II of said will as follows:
<br />"If my wife survives me and if for any reason she is unable to assume the burden of managing her
<br />household and looking after her affairs,I instruct my executor and trustee to pay,from the income
<br />which I provided for my wife by said will,her personal expenses,including the wages of any servents
<br />or nurses that me be necessary,and all the expenses of maintaining her home including taxes,insur-
<br />ance,and upkeep in addition to the usual current expenses.I am making this provision for.her so
<br />that if the circumstances herein referred to exist she will be spared the burden and worry of
<br />looking after these items._
<br />"If my wife survives me and if for any reason it-should ever become necessary that a guardian be
<br />appointed for her I would respectfully suggest unto the court that The First Trust Company of
<br />Lincoln,Nebraska,be appointed in such capacity." Ii
<br />In all other respects said will of August 23,1935 is ratified and confirmed.
