<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />RUDOLPH WILLIAM REHER, deceased.
<br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) At a session of the County Court held in and for said County of Hall,
<br />COUNTY OF HALL )ss' State of Nebraska, this 21st day of November, 1945-
<br />Present: Charles Bossert, County Judge.
<br />BE IT REMEMBERED that on the 27th day of October, 1945, Walter Reher, Administrator of the Estate
<br />of Rudolph William Reher, deceased, filed in this Court his final account as such Administrator,
<br />and a petition praying that said account be allowed, for a decree of heirship, an order of distri-
<br />bution, a. final settlement thereon and discharge.
<br />For these ptrposes, the 21st day of November, 1945, at 10 o'clock A.M. at the County Court
<br />Room in said County was assigned as to the time and place for hearing said petition, examining
<br />and allowing said account; and it was ordered that the notice of the pendency of said petition be
<br />given to all persons interested in said estate by publishing such notice in the Grand Island
<br />Independent, a legal newspaper printed in said County, for three weeks prior to said day of hear-
<br />ing; and it appears by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by Court and that no
<br />objections to said final account have been made or filed.
<br />Upon examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being duly advised in the
<br />premises, the Court finds as follows:
<br />FIRST.
<br />That Rudolph William Reher departed this life on the 14th day of January, 1945, in Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, intestate, and that at the time of his death he was a resident of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />SECOND.
<br />That on the 3rd day of February, 1945, Walter Reher, a son of said Rudolph William Reher, de-
<br />ceased, filed in this Court a petition praying for the appointment of said Walter Reher as Ad-
<br />ministrator of the Estate of said deceased, and on the 5th day of February, 1945, an order of
<br />this Court was made therein, assigning the 28th day of February, 1945, at 10 o1clock A.M. of said
<br />day at the County Court Room in said County as the time and place for hearing said petition, and
<br />ordering that notice of the pendency of said petition and hearing thereon be given to all persons
<br />interested in said matter by publishing said notice in the Grand Island Independent, a legal news-
<br />paper printed in said County, for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing, and it
<br />appears by proof on file that notice of said order was given as ordered by this Court.
<br />THIRD.
<br />The Court furtrler finds that Walter Reher named in said petition was, upon his giving bond in
<br />the sum of $1,000.00 as ordered by this Court, appointed Administrator as prayed; the Court further
<br />finds that the deceased at the time of his death, was a widower, that he left him no widow surviving,
<br />and that he left the following heirs -at -law; Walter Reher, a son, Arthur Reher, a son, Alfred Reher,
<br />a son and Earl Reher, a, son, all over the age of 21 years, and left no issue of any deceased child
<br />him surviving.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />That on the lst day of March, 1945, an order was made herein allowing creditors three months
<br />from and after the 28th day of March, 1945, in which to file their claims against said estate and
<br />said administrator one year in which to settle said estate, and further ordering that a noticd to
<br />creditors be published in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper published and circulating
<br />in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for three successive weeks prior to said 28th day of March,
<br />1945, and that a hearing on claims filed against said estate would be held at the office of the
<br />County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 30, 1945, at 9 o' clock A.M. of said day, and it
<br />appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published as ordered by this Court.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 27th day of October, 1945, said Walter Reher, as Administra-
<br />tor, filed in Court his inventory of the property of said estate, and that according to said in-
<br />ventory, the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property, to -wit:
<br />Lot Two (2) in Block Seventy -six (76) of Wheeler and Bennett's Third Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />Chattel property of the value of approximately $286.40
<br />SIXTH.
<br />The Court further finds that according to the laws of descent and distribution, said property
<br />descends as follows: An undivided one - fourth part thereof unto each of the following:
<br />Walter Reher, Arthur Reher, Alfred' =Reher and Earl Reher.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 30th day of June, 1945, an order of this Court was made
<br />allowin the claims of Grand Island Clinic in the sum of $26.00 and of Lutheran Hospital in the
<br />sum of 175.50, as preferred claims against this estate, and allowing the following claims as common
<br />claims of the second class, against said estate, to -wit:

<br />Felix Geisinger 13.35
<br />Drs.McGrath & Woodruff 16.00
<br />and barring all claims not filed against said estate; the Court further finds that the Court costs,
<br />costs of administration, attorney's and administrator's fee and the preferred claims have been
<br />fully paid, and that there remains in the hands of said Administrator the sum of $219.54 for
<br />distribution to the holders of the common claims of the second class hereinbefore set forth; that
<br />the real estate hereinbefore described has been lost through foreclosure,.proceedings in the Distrivt
<br />Cou_ -t of Hall County, Nebraska, and that there remains no further assets in this estate excepting
<br />the sum of $219.54 to be used in payment of said common claims;the Court further finds that there
<br />is due and payable to the County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska, no inheritance tax whatsoever.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Walter
<br />Reher, Administrator herein, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as such; that Walter
<br />Reher, Arthur Reher, Alfred Reher and Earl Reher are all and the only heirs -at -law of said Ruddlph
<br />William Reher, deceased, and that the property described in paragraph Fifth hereof descends accord-
<br />ing to the laws of descent and distribution of the State of Nebraska, as found in paragraph Sixth
<br />of this decree, subject to the payment of the claims hereinbefore enumerated; further that the sum
<br />
