<br />FINAL DECREE IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />This cause came on for hearing upon the final report of the administrator,the Court having exam-
<br />ined the records and files and being fully advised in the prenises,finds that due and legal not-
<br />ice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the timnt, and place fixed for hear-
<br />ing upon eaid report,as heretofore ordered,and the Court,having examined the final report,together
<br />with all other files and the testimony offered in support thereof,finds that said report is true
<br />and correct in x,11 things and ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of the
<br />administrator.
<br />The Court finds that said Jennie Chamberlain departed this life at Grand Island,in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,on the 12th day of September,1943,and was at that time a bona fide resident and inhabi-
<br />tant of the state of Nebraska;that a petition was filed herein on the 7th day of January,1944,
<br />for the appointment of an administrator,that due and legal notice was given of the filing of the
<br />petition,and Robert W.Chamberlain was appointed administrator and that he duly qualified as such.
<br />The Court finds that Jennie Chamberlain died seized of the following real estate,to -wit: Lot
<br />Seven (7) in Block Eight (8) in Wallichs' Addition to the city of Grand Island,in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that said Jennie Chamberlain left surviving her,as her sole and only heirs at law,
<br />Raymond D..Chamberlain, a son, and Robert W. Chamberlain, a son, and that the real estate above describ-
<br />ed passed and descended,under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska,to the said Raymond D.
<br />Chamberlain and Robert W.Chamberlain,in equal shares.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax under the laws of the
<br />state of Nebraska ;that the administrator has paid the funeral expenses and all the debts of the
<br />deceased and the costs of administering said estate;that the administrator has distributed the
<br />personal property as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />That there remain no further assets in the hands of the administrator,and that the estate ought
<br />to be closedand the administrator discharged.
<br />The Court fftrther finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed for filing claims against said estate,that the time so fixed has fully expired.
<br />IT IS ORDERED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against the estate of Jennie Chamberlain,
<br />deceas-ed,and not filed herein,if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded from setting
<br />up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of the administrator be,and
<br />the same is hereby,approved and allowed as and for his final report,and said administrator is
<br />hereby discharged and his bond released and said estate is hereby fully settled and closed.
