J.H.Mullin, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on <br />the 3111 day of December, 1924, the instrument purporting to be the last will and.testament of <br />George R.Guenther, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 31" day of January, <br />1925, said instrument to which this certificate is attached w4s_duly proved, probated.and allowed <br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said George R.Guenther, deceased, <br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, this <br />31" day of January, 1925 J.H.Mu_llin <br />,SEAL) County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) <br />OF ) FINAL DECREE. <br />GEORGE R.GUENTHER, DECEASED. ) <br />Now on this 6th day of July, 1925, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report of <br />Lillie W.Guenther, executrix of the last will and testament of George R.Guenther, deceased, and <br />it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the proof now on file that notice as required by <br />law was given to all persons interested of the filing of said report and-of the time appointed <br />for final settlement of said estate, and that no one has appeared to object to or protest against <br />the allowance of said report. <br />ON EXAMINATION THEREOF the Court finds that said executrix has fully accounted for all of the <br />estate of said deceased which came into her hands or under her control and that her report is correct <br />in all respects and ought to be allowed; that she has paid the legacy of $1000.00 to Mary Gehrt,the <br />mother of the said George R.Guenther, deceased, has paid the expenses of the last sickness, the <br />funeral expenses, all debts filed and allowed against the estate of said deceased, as well as the <br />costs of administration. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that the report of said executrix be and the same hereby <br />is approved and allowed as and for her final account. <br />THE COURT FINDS THAT the said Lillie W.Guenther is residuary legatee under the terms of the <br />will and that the stock of mounted birds and animals and curios remaining in her possession as well <br />as the two shares of capital stock of the Wilson Chemical Company, the two shares of Preferred stock <br />in the Elks Building Association and the four shares of the capital stock of the Central Nebraska <br />Agricultural Association, descended to and became the property of the said Lillie W.Guenther, at the <br />death of the testator and the said executrix is hereby authorized and instructed to assign to herself <br />as legatee all of the above mentioned and described stock. <br />2. <br />THE COURT FINDS that notice was given to all creditors as by law required of the time allowed and <br />place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased and that the time allowed <br />for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims outstanding against said deceased not filed <br />within the time limited for filing claims, are therefore forever barred and excluded; that all <br />claims filed and ftllowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred from filing or <br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said George R.Guenther, deceased, and <br />that said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />THE COURT FINDS that the said George R.Guenther departed this life on the 26th day of December, <br />1924, that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />that he left a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed and admitted to <br />probate in this Court on the 31st day of January, 1925, and recorded in this office. <br />J.
