<br />CHARLES BEYER,DECEASED. ) - - - - - - - -
<br />Now, on this 31st day of October, 1945, this matter ca me on to be heard on the final account
<br />and petition for discharge of Bertha A.Beyer,Administratrix of the estate of Carl J.F.Beyer, also
<br />known as Charles Beyer, deceased, and for the distribution of the personal property of said
<br />'estate, the assignment of the real estate of said estate, and the evidence, and was submitted
<br />to the court; on consideration whereof the Court finds that due and legal notice of the time and
<br />place of hearing on said final account and petition for discharge has been given to all persons
<br />interested in said estate, as provided by law. Thereupon, the Court being fully advised in the
<br />premises finds as follows:
<br />. 1.
<br />That the final account of the said Bertha A.Beyer, Administratrix of the estate of Carl-J.F.
<br />Beyer, also known as Charles Beyer, deceased, is in all respects just, true and correct; that
<br />due notice to creditors has been given; that all claims, namely funeral expenses, court costs
<br />and attorney's fee, against said estate have been duly paid and satisfied.

<br />The.Court further finds that said deceased died intestate, leaving an estate consisting of the
<br />following described real property and - personalty, to -wit:
<br />East Half (E-�) of Southeast quarter of Northeast quarter (SE*NE4) of section Seventeen (17)
<br />Township Twelve (12) , North, Range Nine ( 9) , West of the 6th P.M., Twenty ( 20 ) acres, in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />Southwest quarter (SVJ), Section Twenty -six (26), Township Twelve (12),North,Range Nine (9),
<br />West of the 6th P.M.
<br />Cash from rent of land and share of crops - - - - - - - - - - - - $437.15
<br />which is assigned to the following heirs: Bertha A.Beyer, daughter; John A.Beyer, son; Charles
<br />H.Beyer,son; Mrs.Clara Elsie Beyer Winkler,daughter; Mrs.Mary Ann Beyer Page,daughter; Mrs.
<br />Rose Helen Beyer Foster,daughter; Mrs.Esther Rose Beyer Peters:e;L,daughter; Charles Beyer,son
<br />of Walter J.Beyer, a deceased son.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, by the Court that the final account
<br />of said Bertha A.Beyer, administratrix of the estate of Carl J.F.Beyer,also known as Charles
<br />Beyer, deceased, be and the same is hereby in all things approved, confirmed, and allowed; that
<br />the said Bertha A.Beyer is hereby discharged from her trust as administratrix of said estate
<br />and the sureties on her official bond are released.

<br />LAST VILL AND TESTAMENT

<br />GEORGE R.GUENTHER.
<br />I. George R. Guenther, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory, but mindful - I
<br />of the uncertainties of life, do make, publish and declare this, my last will and testament, that
<br />is to say:- ITEM FIRST.
<br />It is my will and wish that all of my just debts.and the expenses of my last sickness be first
<br />paid.
<br />ITEM SECOND.
<br />I give and bequeath unto my mother, Mary Gehrt, of Grand Island, Nebraska, the sum of One
<br />Thousand ($1,-000.00)' Dollars, to be paid to her as soon as practical after my death.
<br />ITEM THIRD.
<br />Should any child or children be born hereafter to me and my wife, Lillie W.Guenther, it is my
<br />will and wish that said child or children, as the case may be, the issue of my marriage with said
<br />Lillie W.Guenther, shall-take and inherit the same part of my estate, real, personal and mixed, as
<br />though I died intestate and without having adopted any child or children.
<br />ITEM FOURTH.
<br />All the rest and residue of my estate, real, personal and mixed, of every kind and description
<br />and wherever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife Lillie W.Guenther. The education
<br />and provision (if any) for our adopted son, Jack W.S.Shreve, I leave entirely to her judgment
<br />and discretion.
<br />ITEM FIFTH.
<br />In the event of my mother's death, before mine and in the event I die without issue as provided
