<br />No.66.1 Ft. Lot 4, Block 123, U.P.RR..2nd Add. to City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />West 39 Ft. Lot 2, Block 15, Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />and t_he said real estate hereinbefore described did pass and descend under the terms of the said
<br />Last Will and Testament to the following named persons, to -wit:
<br />Josephine Mack, the S2f Lot 9, Block 10, Original Town, Now City of Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />in fee simple title.
<br />To Opal Trent, Cecil Trent, R.C.Eyerly, and Loy Eyerly the following described real estate:
<br />N2 Lot 8, Block 15, Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Nebraska; So.65-9 ft. Lot 41
<br />Block 123, U.P.RR 2nd Add. to city of Grand Island, Nebraska; N. 66.1 ft.Lot 4, Block 123,
<br />U.P.RR.2nd Add. to City of Grand Island, Nebraska; W.29 ft. Lot 2, Block 15, Original Town,
<br />now City of Grand Island, Nebraska, equally share and share alike in fee simple title, sub-
<br />ject to the rights and authority granted the executor under the terms of the said Last Will
<br />and Testament to sell all of the above property for the purpose of paying the bequests set
<br />out in said Will.
<br />The Court further finds that all the claims filed in said estate have been fully paid and
<br />satisfied, and that the same should be approved and allowed as and for said executor's Final
<br />Report and Supnlemental Report in said estate, said estate settled and closed, and the executor
<br />and his official bondsmen be discharged and released from any further liability in said matter.
<br />That all the inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska from the various devisees and legatees
<br />have been fully paid and that there is no inheritance tax due the United States of America.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims
<br />against said estate not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are forever
<br />barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate; and
<br />that the Final Report together with the Supplementary Report filed herein be Herman Nelson, executor,
<br />be and the same is hereby in all things approved & allowed as and for said executor s Final Report
<br />and Supnlemental Report, said estate settled and closed and said executor and his official bondsmen
<br />are hereby released from any further liability in said matter.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that t�ie real estate hereinbefore
<br />described did pass and descend under and by virtue of the terms of the Last Will and Testament of

<br />Nebraska, equally share and share alike in fee simple title; and the distribution thereof is hereby
<br />accordingly made.

<br />thereof and Final Decree - IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN TRENT, DECEASED, with the original
<br />record thereof, now remaining In said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of
<br />the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal
<br />is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name,
<br />and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the fore-
<br />going attestation is in due form of law.
