<br />examined the files finds as follows: That all court costs, attorney's fees, expenses of last ill-
<br />ness and all other claims against the estate have been paid in full; that the time has expired for
<br />the filing of claims and that if any claims or indebtedness exist against the estate at this time,
<br />the claimants shall be forever barred from filing or setting up such claims.
<br />That the final report of the administrator eta, Harry Grimminger is full and complete and ought
<br />to be allowed as and for the final report and that said administrator eta has accounted for all
<br />funds and assets of said estate coming into has hands.
<br />That the administrator eta and his bondsman ought to be released from any and all liability
<br />and said estate be completely closed.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all''�.pp ersons are forever barred
<br />from setting up any claims of any nature against the estate of Mary E.White, deceased; that the
<br />final report of Harry Grimminger, administrator eta be accepted as a full and complete report of
<br />his doings as administrator eta; that any real and personal property does pass and descent unto
<br />Roscoe A.White, according to the terms and provisions of the Last Will and Testamen ovary E.

<br />estate, to -wit: Lot Seventeen (17) in Block Five-(5) in College Addition to West Lawn, City of

<br />Now on this 26th day of October, 1945, this cause came on for hearing on the final report of
<br />Inez G.Britt, Administratrix of the Estate of Richard M.Britt, deceased, said hearing having been
<br />continued from December 15th, 1943, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that notice
<br />as required by law has been given to all persons interested as to the filing of said report and the
<br />time fixed for final settlement of said estate by publication, and no objection or protest has been
<br />filed, and on examination thereof the Court finds that said report is correct in all respects and
<br />ought to be approved and allowed as the final report of said administratrix; that she has accounted
<br />for all property coming into her hands or under her control.
<br />The Court further finds that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said deceased,
<br />of the time and place appointed for filing of claims against said estate and that the time allowed
<br />for filing claims is fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been
<br />paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said estate and not so filed, if arty
<br />such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded;
<br />The Court finds that Richard M.Britt departed this life intestate on the 27th day of November,
<br />1942; that he was at the time of his death, ,a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and that he left surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law, the following named
<br />persons: Inez G.Britt, widow, Mrs. Beverly Cook, daughter; Joyce Britt, daughter; and Richard Britt,
<br />son.
<br />The Court further finds that Richard M.Britt died possessed of the following described real
<br />estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) of Scudder's Addition to the village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the above described real estate did pass and descend in accordance
<br />with the laws of the State of Nebraska, as follows;
<br />An undivided.-1/3-interest to Inez G. Britt, surviving widow
<br />An undivided 2Y9 interest to Mrs. Beverly Cook; s- urviving daughter
<br />An undivided 2/9 interest #o Joyce Britt, surviving daughter
<br />An undivided 2/9 interest to Richard.Britt, surviving son.
<br />The Court further finds that the administratrix, Inez G.Britt has expended from her own funds
<br />the sum of $579.31 in excess of the amount obtained by her from the personal property of said estate
<br />and that a lien should be impressed upon the real estate in favor of the administratrix, Ines G.
<br />Britt in that amount; that the real estate above described is the home and homestead of Inez G.
<br />Britt and that she is entitled to homestead therein;
<br />The Court further finds that neither of the estate nor the beneficiaries thereof are subject
<br />to the payment of any estate or inheritance tax.
<br />The Court further finds that Harry Grimminger, attorney herein is entitled to attorney's fees
<br />in the sum of $35.00.
<br />__ IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barred
<br />and excluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against said estate and that the same
<br />is fully settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED-by the Court that said estate and beneficiaries
<br />thereof are not subject to any estate or inheritance tax whatsoever.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the real-estate above described,
<br />did pass and descend upon the death of Richard M.Britt under the intestate laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska, as follows:
<br />An undivided 1/3 interest to Inez G.Britt, surviving widow.
<br />An undivided Z/ interest to Mrs.Beverly Cook, surviving daughter
<br />An undivided 2/,9 interest to Joyce Britt, surviving daughter
<br />An undivided 219 interest to Richard Britt, surviving son.
