<br />On this 2nd day of January, 1945, this cause came on for hearing on the petition for discharge,
<br />final report and supplement to the final report; said matter having been continued from August 14,
<br />1944, by order of thie court.
<br />The court being fully advised in the premises finds that the executors have administered said
<br />estate as completely as possible, paid ail court costs, executors' and attorneys' fees and filed
<br />claims; "I time for filing claims has expired and that a decree has been entered barring all
<br />claims not filed.
<br />The court further finds that said George Tuttle Wilson died on or about August 29, 1942, at
<br />Lot Angeles, California, while a resident of that city and state, leaving a last will and testament
<br />and codicil thereto attached, which said will and codicil were duly admitted to probate on September
<br />23, 1942, in Department 24 of the Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of
<br />Los Angeles; that said will and codicil attached ther -to has been admitted to probate in Dodge
<br />County, Nebraska, and your petitioner and J.Mack Sholl Lewis appointed executors thereunder.
<br />The court further finds that all bequests in said will and codicil thereto attached have been
<br />paid and tnat the federal estate tax has been paid and that the state inheritance taxes have been
<br />paid..
<br />The court further finds that said deceased left surviving him no widow, nor father, nor mother,
<br />nor chile-, nor child nor children of a deceased child and that he left surviving him as his devi-
<br />sees the following: Roxarna Sholl Lewis and J.Mack Sholl Lewis of Los Angeles, California, and
<br />George Emil Wilson and Maurine Heath Wilson Donahue of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and Wayne Wilson
<br />Donahue, Sharron Shirley Donahue and Leanne Mary Donahue, the living heirs of her body.

<br />The court further finds that at the time of his death said deceased was the owner of the follow-
<br />ing described real estate:
<br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 11,
<br />Range 9 'lest, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which has been sold by the executors, also
<br />The Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 17, Range 12, Washington County, Nebraska,
<br />the balance of the due under the outstanding contract of sale has been
<br />on which purchase price
<br />paid and accounted for by the executors.

<br />The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 17, Range 7, Dodge
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />The Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 17, Range 7,: Dodge County, Nebraska,
<br />An undivided one -half interest in East two- thirds of Lot 1, Block 119, in the City of Omaha,
<br />Douglas County, Nebraska,
<br />The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 15, Range 12, Douglas
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />The South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 15, Range 12, Douglas County,
