<br />Decree; further that said Albert Herman has advanced for said heirs -at -law, the sum of #192.40 as
<br />shown in his final report which is due and owing him from said heirs -at- law - ,;that he has fully
<br />accounted for all assets coming into his hands during his administration and that he therefore
<br />is hereby discharged as Administrator, his bond released and said estate fully settled and closed.

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) D E C R E E
<br />OF MOLLIE A.EDWARDS, DECEASED. ) — — --- — — —
<br />Now on this 8th day of August, 1945, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />herein by Rosa Etta Roush, Administra:ttik, of the estate of Mollie A.Edwards, deceased, and upon her
<br />petition for the approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate, determination of
<br />the heirs and her discharge herein, and the court having examined the records and files and being
<br />fully advised in the premises finds:
<br />That the said Rosa Etta Roush filed her petition in this court on the 20th day of May, 1939,
<br />alleging among other things that Mollie A.Edwards departed this life intestate on the 17th day of
<br />May, 1939, and was at that time a resident and inhabitant of said County and State and was the
<br />owner of an estate to be administered in said County; that upon reading and filing said petition,
<br />an order was entered fixing the time and place for hearing the evidence in support of said petition,
<br />giving notice thereof to all interested parties by publishing said notice.for three successive weeks
<br />in the Grand Island Daily Independent a legal newspaper published and circulated in said County.
<br />That said hearing was held, as heretofore ordered by the court, as by law required, and Letters
<br />of Administration were granted to Rosa Etta Roush upon the filing of her bond in this court, as
<br />required by law.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the
<br />court for filing claims against said estate by publication for three successive weeks in the
<br />Grand Island Daily Independent, as provided by law, and that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate, not filed within the time fixed by the court, if any such there be, should be forever
<br />barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />That said deceased departed this life leaving as her heirs and only heirs _at law and devisees
<br />entitled to share in this estate her sisters, Kate Roush return, Gardner, Montana, and Alma Roush
<br />Masten, Fort Myers, Florida, and her brothers, Stephen H.Roush, Hawthorne, California; David M.
<br />Roush, Douglas, Wyoming; Ed.O.Roush, Long Beach, California; Charles W.Roush, address unknown, and
<br />Winfield H.Roush, Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />That said deceased died the owner of an estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, consisting
<br />of real property and personal property, said real estate being described as follows:
<br />Twenty Acres of land, a little more or less, described by metes and bounds, located in
<br />the South West Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Three (3) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) jest of the 6th P.M.;
<br />and personal property as follows:
<br />The morta.ge note due from Otto Ziemke and Sadie K.Ziemke due September 2, 1941, in the
<br />sum of $4,000.00, secured by real estate;
<br />One Irrigation Pump;
<br />One share of stock in the Central Nebraska Agricultural Association of Hall County.
<br />That a petition was filed in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 6th day of
<br />September, 1939, praying for an order authorizing and empowering the administratrox of the estate
<br />of Mollie A.Edwards, Deceased, to enter negotiations and provide for conveyance of approximately
<br />ten and nine tenths acres of land located in Section Four (4) Township Eleven (11) North,Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, from the said owners, Otto Ziemke and Sadie
<br />K.Ziemke to some designated trustee to be held by him for the benefit of the Estate and the heirs of
<br />Mollie A.Edwards and to authorize and empower the said administratrox to pay the sum of Two Hundred
<br />Fifty Dollars for good and sufficient title from the said Otto Ziemke and Sadie X.Ziemke from the
<br />assets of the Estate of Mollie A.Edwards, Deceased, and to further authorize and empower the said
<br />administratrix to negotiate in a loan in a sufficient amount to pay for the commission and closing
<br />of the said loan, and to pay the costs of administration of the said estate.
<br />That an -order was issued out of the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 6th day of
<br />September, 1939, ordering the publication of that notice for a period of one week, and that on
<br />the 12th day of September, 1939, an order was issued out of this Court authorizin the adminis-
<br />tratrix to mortgage personalty belonging to said estate in the sum not to exceed 9500-00-
<br />That on the 27th day of September, 1939, an order was issued out of this Court authorizing the
