<br />Adams County, Nebraska, was of the reasonable value of $7986.25, that the property located in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, was of the reasonable value of $49oo.00, and that the property located in Lancaster
<br />County, Nebraska, was of the reasonable value of 610,000-00, making; a total value of $22,796.25,
<br />from which amount there should be deducted on account of claims and indebtedness paid and funeral
<br />expenses, court Costs and attorney- fees ana, administering upon the estate of $1492.00, leaving a
<br />net balance for State Inheritance Tax purposes ,21,294.25. That the value of the inheritance for
<br />State Inheritance Tax purposes and the amount that each of the beneficiaries should pay are as

<br />That all of said inheritance tax was on this date paid into court for distribution among the
<br />counties entitled thereto; that said estate is not subject to Federal Estate Tax.
<br />The court finds that Sarah Ellen Taylor, the administratrix with the will annexed, has complibd
<br />with the law and orders of the court, and upon making distribution of said balance of cash in her
<br />possession as hereinafter directed she should stand discharged and her bond released.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the allegations.of administratrixi
<br />petition are true, and that Leonora Merritt died testate a resident of Hastings, Adams County, Ne-
<br />bras -.,-a, on the 25th day of December, 1944, seized and possessed of the personal property and real
<br />estate as set forth and described in the inventory, records and files in this case; that her will
<br />was duly admitted to probate and her estate administered upon, and that all debts and claims and
<br />costs of administering upon her estate have been fully paid, that all debts and claims, if any
<br />there be, not filed are hereby barred; that the balance of cash remaining on hand is $3781.00,
<br />which amount is hereby distributed in accordance with the provisions of the will and as follows:
