<br />Last Will and Testament of
<br />Edward M.Beaty.
<br />I, Edward M.Beaty, of Central City, Nebraska, being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
<br />do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be my last will and testament.
<br />First. I direct that all my debts, the expenses of my last sickness, and my funeral expenses
<br />be paid out of my personal property, but should my personal property be insufficient to pay such
<br />obligations, then I direct that my executrix hereinafter named sell so much of my real estate as
<br />may be necessary for that purpose, and I authorize and direct her to sell said real estate without
<br />an order of the court.
<br />Second. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, I give,
<br />devise and bequeath unto my sister, Anna Gray.
<br />Third. I hereby nominate and appoint my said sister, Anna Gray executrix of this my last will
<br />and testament, and I hereby revoke any and all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

<br />John H.Gaver, Deceased. )
<br />Now, on this 5th day of July, 1945, this cause came on for further hearing upon the final
<br />report of the administrator and the order of distribution hereinbefore entered.
<br />The Court, having examined the records and files and being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate, of the
<br />time and place fixed for the hearing upon said report, as heretofore ordered.
<br />And the Court, having examined the final report, together with all other files and the testi-
<br />mony in support thereof and the receipts and vouchers filed herein, finds that said report is true
<br />and correct in all things and ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said
<br />administrator.
<br />The Court finds that John H.Gaver departed this life on the 10th day of March, 1944, and at
<br />the time of'his death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and that a petition
<br />was filed for the appoint rmnt of an administrator, and Merwyn Detweiler was duly appointed, and
<br />qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that said John H.Gaver was the owner of the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit:
<br />The north half of Lot Nine (9) and the north half of Lot Ten (10) in Block One (1), in
<br />Bartlingls- Subdivision, located on part of Lot Fifteen (15) of the County Sub- division
<br />of the south half of the southeast quarter of Section 16, Zown hinp 11, Range 9, and on
<br />part of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of ect o 21, Township 11, Range
<br />9r West of 6th P.M.
