<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the
<br />Court for filing claims against said estate, and all claims not filed within the time fixed by
<br />the Court, if any such there be, should be forever barred, excluded, and enjoined from setting
<br />up or asserting an any claim against said estate.
<br />That the deceased departed this life leaving as her heirs at law, and only heirs at law,
<br />devisees, legatees and persons entitled to share in her estate the following named persons:
<br />Victor Phillips, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />Raymond Phillips, Twin Falls, Idaho,
<br />John Phillips, Los Angeles, California.
<br />Andrew Monroe Phillips, Los Angeles, California, all of legal age, and
<br />Betty Jean Phillips, a minor grand daughter years of age.
<br />That the deceased departed this life the owner in fee simple title in and to the following,
<br />real estate situated in Hall county, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block One (1) in Boggs and Hills Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The East One Half (E-) of Lot One Hundred Sixty (160) Section A,, Grand Island, Cemetary,
<br />and that said real estate hereinbefore described did pass and descend under the terms of the said
<br />Last Will and Testament as follows:
<br />Victor Phillips Raymond Phillips, John Phillips, and Andrew Monroe Phillips,.each an undivided
<br />One- fourth (1N interest therein, subject, however, to the payment of the sum of One Hundred
<br />Dollars ($100.00) to Betty Jean Phillips, a minor grand "daughter of said deceased in trust to
<br />Victor Phillips, trustee, to be invested for the use of the said Betty Jean Phillips at the
<br />age of eighteen (18) years.
<br />That all of the claims filed in said estate have been paid and satisfied, and that the final
<br />report filed herein is a true and correct report in all things; and that the same should be
<br />approved and allowed as and for said Executor's Final Report in said estate, said estate settled
<br />and closed,.and said Executor and his official bondsmen discharged and released from any further
<br />liability in said matter; that there is no inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska or the
<br />United States of America.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims
<br />against said estate not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there-be, are forever
<br />barred, excluded, and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate;
<br />and that the final report filed herein by Victor Phillips be and the same is hereby in all things
<br />approved, and allowed as and for said Executor's Final Report, said estate settled and closed, and
<br />said Executor and surety on his official bond are hereby released from any further liability in
<br />said matter.
<br />IT IS F??RTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED,, by the Court that the real estate hereinbefore
<br />described did pass and descend under and by virtue of the terms of the Last Will and Testament of
<br />the said Mary Lehn, deceased, as follows:
<br />Victor Philli s Raymond Phillips, John Phillips, and Andrew Monroe Phillips, each an undivided
<br />(J� interest share in fee title,
<br />one- fourth therein equally share and alike simple subject only
<br />to the trust imposed upon said real estate for the use and benefit of Betty Jean Phillips in
<br />the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) until she reaches the age of eighteen (18) years, and
<br />distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />At a session of the County Court held in and for said County of Hall, State of Nebraska, this
<br />20th day of June, 1945,
<br />Present: Charles Bossert, County Judge.
<br />BE IT REMEMBERED that on the 25th day of May, 1945, Molly Wilson, Administratrix of the Estate
<br />of Henry Ditter, also known as Henry Detter, deceased, filed in this Court her final account as
<br />such Administra.trix and a petition praying that said account be allowed, for a decree of heirship,
<br />an order of distribution, a final settlement thereon and discharge.
<br />For these purposes the 20th day of June, 1945, at 10 o'clock A.M. at the County Court Room in
<br />said County was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition, examining and allowing
<br />said account; and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition be given to all
<br />persons interested in said estate by publishing such notice in the Grand Island Independent, a
<br />legal newspaper printed in said County, for three weeks prior to said day of hearing; and it
<br />appears by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by Court and that no objections
