633 <br />issued to the said Victor Phillips. <br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the <br />Court for filing claims against said estate, and all claims not filed within the time fixed by <br />the Court, if any such there be, should be forever barred, excluded, and enjoined from setting <br />up or asserting an any claim against said estate. <br />That the deceased departed this life leaving as her heirs at law, and only heirs at law, <br />devisees, legatees and persons entitled to share in her estate the following named persons: <br />Victor Phillips, Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />Raymond Phillips, Twin Falls, Idaho, <br />John Phillips, Los Angeles, California. <br />Andrew Monroe Phillips, Los Angeles, California, all of legal age, and <br />Betty Jean Phillips, a minor grand daughter years of age. <br />That the deceased departed this life the owner in fee simple title in and to the following, <br />real estate situated in Hall county, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block One (1) in Boggs and Hills Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The East One Half (E-) of Lot One Hundred Sixty (160) Section A,, Grand Island, Cemetary, <br />and that said real estate hereinbefore described did pass and descend under the terms of the said <br />Last Will and Testament as follows: <br />Victor Phillips Raymond Phillips, John Phillips, and Andrew Monroe Phillips,.each an undivided <br />One- fourth (1N interest therein, subject, however, to the payment of the sum of One Hundred <br />Dollars ($100.00) to Betty Jean Phillips, a minor grand "daughter of said deceased in trust to <br />Victor Phillips, trustee, to be invested for the use of the said Betty Jean Phillips at the <br />age of eighteen (18) years. <br />That all of the claims filed in said estate have been paid and satisfied, and that the final <br />report filed herein is a true and correct report in all things; and that the same should be <br />approved and allowed as and for said Executor's Final Report in said estate, said estate settled <br />and closed,.and said Executor and his official bondsmen discharged and released from any further <br />liability in said matter; that there is no inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska or the <br />United States of America. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims <br />against said estate not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there-be, are forever <br />barred, excluded, and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate;
