for determination of inheritance tax, for assignment of the <br />residue of said estate and his discharge from said trust, and it appearing to the Court from proofs <br />on file in this office that due and legal notice has been given of the time and place of this <br />hearing as is required by law and former order of the Court, and no one appearing to object to said <br />report, and the Court being fully advised in the premises finds: <br />That William Rewerts departed this life testate a resident of and domiciled in Adams County, <br />Nebraska, on the 25th day of October, 1944; that he left surviving him as his sole and only heirs <br />at law and next of kin, and all persons interested in his estate the following named persons: <br />His widow, Anna B.Rewerts of Hastings, Nebraska; <br />A daughter, Irene E.Pfeil of Doniphan, Nebraska; <br />A son, Francis W.Rewerts of Doniphan, Nebraska; <br />A son, Lloyd W.Rewerts Id the United States Army, <br />whose residence is Hastings, Nebraska. <br />and that deceased left no other child nor the issue of any deceased child him surviving. <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Lot One (1) Block Nineteen (19) Wallich's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Fractional Block Twenty -Five (25) of Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />That according to the terms of the last will and testament, the real estate was to be disposed <br />of and any balance remaining after the claims had been paid, was to be devised to Father <br />Flannigan's Boys' Home. <br />That an application was made to the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and an order issued <br />authorizing the sale of this 'property according to the terms of the last will and testament of the <br />deceased and that the property was sold as follows: <br />1203 W.6th St. Grand Island, Nebr. 11050.00 <br />1116 W. 6th St. , Grand Island, Nebr. , 4e000.00 <br />420 W.17th St.Grand Island,Nebr., $400.00. <br />That on final settlement of the estate, there will be due this court the sum of $49.50; that <br />the executor is entitled to receive and is hereby allowed the sum of $181.25 for his commission <br />pursuant to the statutes; that the sum of $120.00 be and is hereby allowed to John F.McCarthy, for <br />his fee as attorney in probating the will of the testator and conducting proceedings for the <br />settlement of this estate. <br />That after the payment of all debts, legacies, court costs, executor fees, and attorney fees, <br />said executor has on hand the sum of $1714.99, which according to the terms of the last will and <br />testament of said deceased is bequeathed to Father Flannigan's Boys' Home, as residuary legatee. <br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the <br />Court for a hearing on said final report by publication of said notice for three successive <br />weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, as by law required, and no one appearing to object <br />to said report, and the Court having examined the same, together with the vouchers attached <br />thereto, finds that said report is true and correct in all things and should be approved and <br />allowed as and for said Executor's final report, said estate settled and closed and said Executor <br />discharged. <br />The Court further finds that all of the claims and expenses against said estate have been paid <br />by said Executor. <br />That said estate is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax under the laws of the <br />State of Nebraska,or the United States. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims <br />against said estate not filed and allowed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there <br />be, are forever barred, excluded and enjoin6d from setting up or asserting any such claims against <br />said estate. - <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the final report filed herein by the Grand Island Trust Company, <br />Executor, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and allowed as and for said Executor's <br />final report, said estate settled and closed and said Executor and their official bondsmen dis- <br />charged from any further liability in said estate. <br />IT IS FITRTHEP ORDERED that the real estate owned by the deceased at-the time of her death <br />and hereinbefore described, did pass and descend under and by virtue of the last will and testa- <br />ment, as hereinbefore found by the Court, and distribution thereof is accordingly made. <br />BY THE COURT: <br />Charles Bossert <br />COUNTY JUDGE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />CERTIFICATE.' <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) I, Charles Bossert, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby <br />HALL COUNTY )ss' certify that I have compared the foregoing copy of Last Will and Testament <br />Certificate of Probate of Will and Decree - IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MARY ROACH, DECEASED, <br />with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript <br />thereof, and of the whole of such original record;
