<br />JOHN H.GORIN, DECEASED. )
<br />Now on this 6th day of June, 1945: this cause came on for hearing on the Final Report of
<br />Minnie M.Gorin, administratrix of the estate of John H.Gorin, Deceased and her petition for dis-
<br />tribution, and upon the evidence introduced and the Court being fully advised in the premises, finds
<br />that due and legal notice of the filing of said final report and petition for distribution, and the
<br />time and place set for hearing thereon, has been given in the manner provided by law, by publication
<br />as required by law and the order of the Court and that proof thereof has been filed herein in the
<br />manner provided by law.
<br />The Court further finds that the Deceased died intestate at Grand Island Nebraska, on the 14th
<br />day of December, 1944; that his estate is of the value of less than two thousand dollars and no
<br />inheritance tax is due the County of Hall or the State of Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds -that the final account of the administratrix, is true and in all respects
<br />and that she has therein accounted for all of the assets of the estate coming into her knowledge or
<br />possession, that the creditors of the estate were duly notified in the manner provided by law and
<br />the order of the Court and they were required to file their claims on or before May 7th, 1945, and
<br />May 9th, 1945 was the day fixed for the proof of claims, that such day has long since passed and
<br />all claims not filed against the estate and allowed by the Courts should be and they are forever
<br />barred; that all celaims against the estate of the Deceased and allowed by the Court have been paid
<br />in full, that all allowances, taxes, expenses of administration, Court costs, attorneys fees, and
<br />every other charge against the estate of the Deceased have been paid in full and receipts for the
<br />same has been filed with the Court and the same should be allowed as and for the final account of
<br />the administratrix.
<br />The Court further finds that the Deceased died seized of the following described real estate,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Lot Seven (7),Block Seven (7), Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />subject to a mortgage to the Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska in the amount of $1011.05 and the same has been set aside by the Court as the
<br />homestead of Minnie M.Gorin, surviving widow of the Deceased.
<br />The court further finds that the following named persons are the sole and only heirs at law of
<br />the Deceased and that each of them inherit an undivided one half interest in the real estate of the
<br />Deceased subject to the homestead interest or life estate of Minnie M.Gorin, the surviving widow in
<br />said real estate, said heirs being as follows, to wit:
<br />Minnie M.Gorin, surviving widow,
<br />William Gorin, father.
<br />That the administratrix has accounted for all of the personal property and none remains in her
<br />hands for distribution and she should be discharged and her bond released.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims not filed against
<br />the estate of the Deceased on or before May 7th, 1945, be and they are forever barred.
<br />It is further ordered that the final account of the administratrix be allowed as and for her
<br />final account and that she be and she is hereby discharged and her bond released.
<br />It is further ordered that the real estate hereinbefore described subject to the homestead
<br />interest or life estate of Minnie M.Gorin, the surviving widow, therein; be assigned and set over
<br />unto the following narred persons, heirs at law of the Deceased, their relationship to the Deceased
<br />and the portion they inherit being set opposite their names, to -wit:
<br />Minnie M.Gorin, surviving widow of the Deceased, an undivided one half interest
<br />William Gorin, father of the Deceased, an undivided one half interest

<br />ing in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original
<br />record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said
<br />Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custo-
<br />dian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due
<br />form of law.
