<br />FINAL DECREE
<br />Now on this 20th day of December, 1944, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report
<br />of Ernest Peters and Leo Peters, Administrators of the estate of Emilie Peters, deceased, and it
<br />appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, from the proof on file that all persons interested in
<br />the estate of said deceased have been notified as required by law and the order of this Court dated
<br />November.27, 1944, and there being no objection or protest on file, the Court proceeded to examine
<br />said report. After a full examination thereof .the Court finds that said report is correct in all
<br />respects and ought to be approved and allowed and that the Administrators have accounted for all of
<br />the estate of said deceased which came into their possession.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that the final report of Ernest Peters
<br />and Leo Peters, Administrators, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed.
<br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of the said Emilie Peters,
<br />deceased, of the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against her estate; that the
<br />time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said
<br />estate have been paid; that all claims outstanding against said estate and not so filed,if any
<br />such there be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing or setting up any claim or demand against the estate of Emilie Peters, deceased, and said
<br />estate is settled and closed.
<br />1. The Court further finds that the said Emilie Peters departed this life intestate in Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, on the 13th day of June, 1944, and that she was at that time a resident and in-
<br />habitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that she left surviving her her heirs at law and her only heirs
<br />at law the following named persons: Albert Peters, a son, 287 South Kimball street, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska; Augusta Mohr, a daughter, 1805 Corby Street, Omaha, Nebraska; Frieda Peters, a daughter,
<br />Ernest Peters, a son, and Harry Peters, a son, all on Route 2, Grand Island, Nebraska; Julius
<br />Peters, a son, 419 East Division street, Grand Island, Nebraska, and Leo Peters, a son, 303 South
<br />Oak Street, Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Emilie Peters was at the time of her death the owner in
<br />fee simple title of the following escribed real estate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot Eleven (11) in Block One �1), Axt and Hagge's Addition to the.City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />The Northeast Quarter (NEJ) of the Southeast Quarter (SEJ), the South One -half (S12) of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (SEJ) and Lots Eight (9) and Nine (9) of section Ten (10) in Township Ten
<br />(10 ) North, of Range Nine ( 9 ) West of the 6th P.M., and containing 191J acres, . according to
<br />Government survey, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />and that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska all of the above described real estate
<br />did pass and descend in equal shares to each of the above named children.
<br />The Court further finds that the expenses of the last illness of the deceased, her funeral
<br />expenses and the costs of administration have been paid; that said estate has been appraised for
<br />inheritance tax and that the report of the appraiser has been filed and the same has been approved
<br />by the Court and the Court further finds that said estate is not subject to inheritance tax under
<br />the laws of the State of Nebraska or of the United states.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that all of the above described real estate
<br />did pass and descend at the death of Emilie Peters, deceased, to her children Albert Peters,
<br />Augusta Mohr, Frieda Peters, Ernest Peters, Harry Peters.. Julius Peters and Leo Peters in equal
<br />shares and the same is assigned to them.
<br />It lb further ordered by the Court that said estate be closed, the-Administrators be dis-
<br />charged and their bond as Administrators be released.
