<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.
<br />I, Fred F.Mehring, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory,
<br />and considering the uncertainty of this frail and Iran- sitory life, do therefore make, ordain,
<br />publish and declare this to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named, pay all expenses of my
<br />funeral and the expenses of my last illness as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, I give, devise and bequeath unto my children Edith Zinkey, of Colorado Springs,
<br />Colorado, Milford Mehring, of Fullerton, Nebraska Pauline Fritchley, of Denver, Colorado
<br />Robert Mehring, in the United States Air Forces, Neal Mehring, Salida, Colorado, Dorothy kembolt
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, Fred Mehring,Jr., Mill Valley, California, Delmar Mehril , United States
<br />Air Forces, and Samuel L.Mehring, Denver, Colorado, each the sum of One Dollar 1.00).
<br />THIRD, I give, devise and bequeath, , all of the residue of my estate of which I may die seized
<br />whether it be PERSONAL, REAL OR MIXED PROPERTY to my beloved wife Mildred Mehring.
<br />FOURTH I hereny nominate my beloved wife Mildred Mehring, as the Executrix of this my Last
<br />Will and M a� mment, granting her the power to sell or dispose of any property whether real 8r
<br />personal and to give good title for the same without having to obtain any court authority for
<br />so doing, and that she be not required to furnish Bond.
<br />I hereby revoke all former Wills by rye made.

<br />At a Session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said
<br />County, on the 31st day of May, A.D., 1944.

<br />I, Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify
<br />that on the 4th day of May, 1944, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament
<br />of Fred F.Mehring deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 31st day of May,
<br />1944, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and
<br />allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Fred F.Rehring
<br />deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded-in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 16th day of May, 1945, this cause came on for hearing on the final report of
<br />Mildred Mehring, executrix of the Last Will and Testament of the said Fred F.Mehring, deceased,
<br />and it appearing to the Court from the proofs on file that notice has been given to all interested
<br />persons of the filing of said report, as required by law and by the order of this Court, and it
<br />further appearing to the Court after full examination, that the account exhibited by the said
<br />executrix is correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed, and it further appearing
<br />that said Executrix has accounted for all of the estate which has come into her hands, It is
<br />THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said Mildred Mehring, Executrix
<br />of the Last Will and Testament of the said Fred F.Mehring, deceased, be and the same is approved
<br />as and for her FINAL REPORT.
<br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in manner pro-
<br />vided by law of the date and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said de-
<br />ceased; that time for filing claims has expired; that all claims filed and allowed against
<br />said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses of said deceased and
<br />costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all outstanding claims against
<br />said estate, not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS FURTHER, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Fred F.Mehring,
<br />deceased, and that such estate is fully settled and closed
<br />The Court finds that the said Fred F.Mehring, died leaving as his sole heirs and his only
<br />heirs -at -law, the following persons, Mildred Mehring, his widow, Mbs. Edith Zinkey, Milford
<br />Mehring, Mrs.Pauline Fritchley, Robert Mehring, Neal Mehring, Mrs. Dorothy Rembolt, Fred
<br />Mehring,Jr., Delmar Mehring, Samuel L.Mehring, children of the
<br />PAGE TWO.
<br />DECEASED, all of whom are of legal age.
<br />The Court finds that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid, and
<br />the report shows no money on hand,
<br />The Court finds that said estate is not liable for State Inheritance Tax or Federal Estate
<br />Tax.
<br />The Court finds that Fr4d F.Mehring, departed this life at Hines, Illinois, on the 24th day
