<br />IT IS THEREFORE DETERMINED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said Frank Lechner (Also known as
<br />Frank Peter Lechner) Conrad Lechner, Adam Lechner, Peter Lechner, Felix Lechner, Joseph Lechner,
<br />Alois Lechner, (Also known as Charles A.Lechner) sons, and Mary M.Kiefer (Also known as Mary Keifer)
<br />and Margaret Lechner (Also known as Margaretha Lechner, also known as Margarethe Lecher) daughters,
<br />and Margaret Lechner, his widow are the sole and only heirs at law of the said Franz echner, de-
<br />ceased and that said real estate passed and descended under the laws of descent of the state of
<br />Nebraska to said sons and daughters in equal shares, subject to the homestead and dower interest of
<br />Margaret Lechner, his surviving widow.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims and demands against
<br />his estate of Franz Lechner, deceased, whether due or to become due, whether absolute or contingent,
<br />be and the same-are hereby forever barred.

<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.
<br />I, Susie M.Robinson of Cairo in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and
<br />memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make,
<br />ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I hereby instruct the executor
<br />of this last will and testament, to repay to Elizabeth Derganz of Cairo, Nebraska, such sums of
<br />money as I may be owing to hrr for money TAaich she is advancing to me-at this time or may advance
<br />hereafter for medical bills and hospital and surgeons fees.
<br />I also wish my executor of this last will and testament to pay to the G.A.R. Cemetery Assn. at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, sufficient money for the permanent upkeep of the Lots in that Cemetery
<br />owned by G.P. Dean and W.C. Robinson.
<br />The residue of my estate, I give, devise and bequeath unto my brother, James H.Preston of Shoshoni,
<br />Wyo. and-Earl H.Preston, my nephew, now residing at Grand Island, Nebraska, and my nephew,Laverne
<br />Preston of Riverton, Wyo. share and share alike.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Grover C.Raven to be Executor of this my last Will and
<br />Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

<br />1944, raid instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
