I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Margarelt_b,41,echnar the one and one fourth (1t) acres of land now owned by me in Section (26) twenty -six, Township one (1) South, Range five (5) West. Item 2. I give and devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Margaretha Lechner the fort three acres of land now owned by me in Section ten and fifteen, Township Two (2) . S, Range five 5) West, to have and to hold the same during her natural life, and at,her death the said forty three acres of land shall become the property of my beloved son Adam Lechner, and in the settle- ment of my estate said land mentioned in this item shall be valued-to my said son Adam in dis- tribution, at the sum of four hundred dollars. Item 3. I give and devise to my beloved daughter Margaret Lechner, the sum of six hundred dollars. Item 4. I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved son Adam Lechner the forty three (43) acres of land now owned by me in Sections ten and fifteen township two (2) South Range five (5) West, subject to the life estate therein held by my beloved wife, Margaretha Lechner as set out in item two.
