<br />the 3rd day of August 1944,tize instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Carl
<br />Suhr,deceased,was riled for probate in this Court.Tliat on the 14th day of September 1944,said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Carl Suhr deceased,and the same was
<br />ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now,on this 18th day of April,1945,this cause came on for hearing on the final report of Ahnie
<br />Suhr,Executrix of the estate of Carl Suhr,deceased,and it appearing to the satisfaction of the
<br />Court that notice as requir�d���b�y law has been given to all persons interested as to the filing
<br />of said report and the t1mN9_0Wr final settlement of said estate,by publication,and no objection
<br />or protest has been filed and on examination thereof the Court finds that said report is correct
<br />in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed as the final report of said executrix;that
<br />she has accounted for all property coming into her hands or under her control.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that notice as required by law was given to all creditors.of said deceased
<br />of the time and place appointed for filing of claims against said estate and that the time allow-
<br />ed for filing claims is fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate
<br />have been paid and satisfied and tliat all claims outstanding against said estate and not so
<br />filed, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />T Z COURT FURTHER FINDS that•Carl Suhr departed this life on the 15th day of July.1944,he being
<br />a ime a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska;that he left surviving him as his heir
<br />at law and only heir at law,the following named person: Annie Suhr,Sister.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that Carl Suter died possessed of the following described real estate
<br />situated in Hall County,Nebraska;
<br />South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S1 EJ) of Section Thirty -four (34) in Township Eleven (11),
<br />North,Range Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebr-aska;
<br />An undivided one -half interest in and to the Fractional Lot Four (4) in Fractional Block Two (2)
<br />in Windolph's Addition and its complement,to -wit: Fractional Lot Six (6) in Fractional Block
<br />Twenty -six (26) in Charles Wasmer's Addition,both being additions to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the deceased did give,devise and bequeath said real estate to Annie
<br />Suhr,his sister.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the deceased died possessed of certain personal property;that by the
<br />terms of the last will and testament, said personal property was devised and bequeathed to his
<br />sister,Annie Suhr.

<br />IT IS,F RTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY 21E COURT that all persons are forever barred and
<br />excluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against said estate and that the same
<br />is fully settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate above described,did
<br />pass and descend on the death of Carl Suhr,under the terms of the last will and testament of said
<br />deceased,to Annie Suhr,his sister.
