G"1 <br />WILL AND DECREE RECORD <br />THEAUGUSTINECO. 20112 -2.41 <br />to all persons interested in said matter by publishing said notice in the Grand Island Independent, <br />a legal newspaper printed in said County, for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing, <br />and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was so given. <br />THIRD. <br />The Court further finds that on the 15th day of November, 1944, said instrument was proven, <br />allowed and admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of the said John Pedersen, deceased, <br />which Last Will and Testament is in words as follows: <br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JOHN PEDERSEN <br />OF GRAND ISLAND,HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN. <br />I, John Pedersen of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory, and considering the <br />uncertainties of this moral life, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testa- <br />ment in words and figures following, to -wit: <br />1. <br />Unto my beloved childred George Victor Pedersen, Frank John Pedersen sons, and Mrs. Mildred <br />Herman daughter, I give, devise and bequeath all of my property and relestate of every kind and <br />nature and where so ever located, to share and share alike and equally. <br />2. <br />I hereby nominate my beloved sons George Victor Pedersen and Frank John Pedersen, to be adminis- <br />trators and executors until estate has been completely settled, of this my last will and testament <br />and hereby revoke any former wills by me made. <br />Done this 14th day of November, 1942. <br />John Pedersen <br />We whose names are hereto subscribed, do hereby certify that this instrument consisting of one <br />page, was on the date thereof, signed by John Pedersen, the testator, in our presence and in the <br />presence of each of us, and at the same time, in our presence and hearing, he declared the same <br />to be his last will and testament, and we, at his special request, and in his presence and in the <br />presence of each other, sign our names hereto as attesting witnesses. <br />William Johnson <br />Minnie Johnson <br />and thereto attached is the following certificate: <br />CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE OF WILL <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA. ) At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand <br />HALL COUNTY ) ss' Island, in said County, on the 15th day of November, A.D. , 1944. <br />Present Charles Bossert <br />County Judge <br />In the Matter of the Estate of <br />John Pedersen, Deceased. <br />I. Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that <br />on the 21st day of October, 1944, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of <br />John Pedersen, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 15th day of November, <br />1944, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed <br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said John Pedersen, deceased, and <br />the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, this <br />15th day of November, 1944. <br />(SEAL) Charles Bossert <br />County Judge <br />and said George Victor Pedersen and Frank John Pedersen, named in said Will, were appointed <br />Executors thereof upon furnishing bond in the sum of $2,000.00, as ordered by this Court, which <br />bond was furnished and approved; the Court further finds that said John Pedersen, at the time <br />of his death, was a widower and -that he left the following heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law, <br />to-wit: <br />George Victor Pedersen, a son <br />Frank John Pedersen, a son <br />Mildred Herman, a daughter, <br />all being over the age of twenty -one years. <br />FOURTH. <br />The Court further finds that on the 15th day of November, 1944, an order of this Court was <br />made allowing creditors three months from and after the 13th day of December, 1944, in which to <br />file their claims against said estate and said Executors one year in which to settle said estate, <br />and further ordering that notice to creditors be published in the Grand Island Independent, a <br />legal newspaper published and circulating in Hall County,Nebraska, for three successive weeks <br />prior to the 13th day of December, 1944, and that a hearing on claims filed against said estate <br />would beheld at the Office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 15th day of <br />March, 1945, at 9:00-o'clock A.M. , and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was <br />published as ordered by this Court. <br />FIFTH. <br />The Court further finds that on the 8th day of December, 1944, said George Victor Pedersen and <br />Frank John Pedersen filed in this Court their inventory of the property of said estate, and that <br />according to said inventory, the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described <br />property, to -wit: <br />Lot Four (4) in Block Two (2) of Cogil's Second Addition to Central City, being the West <br />Half of Lot Thirty -four (T-2 34) in Union Pacific Railway Company's Subdivision of Section <br />Nine (9), Township Thirteen (13) North,Range Six (6), West of the 6th P.M. in Merrick County, <br />Nebraska. <br />South Half of Northwest Quarter (S2NW4) and Southwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter (SW4NE4) of <br />Section Seventeen (17) in Township Eleven (11) North,Range Eight (8),West of the 6th P.M. in <br />Merrick County, Nebraska. <br />The Northerly Eighty -five (N 85) feet of Lots One (1) and Two (2) and the Westerly Two (W 2) <br />feet of the Southerly Forty -nine (S 49) feet of said Lot Two (2), all in Block Two (2) of <br />Bartling's Subdivision located on part of Lot Fifteen (15) of the County Subdivision of the <br />South Half of the Southeast Quarter (52SE4) 6f- Seeti.on Sixteen (16) in Township Eleven (11) <br />North,Range Nine (9) and part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE4NE4) <br />of Section Twenty -one (21) in Township Eleven (11),North Range Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M. <br />Personal property of the ap�)roximately value of $663.47 <br />
