<br />The North Twelve (12) acres of the south Thirty -two (32) acres of that part of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SWJ) of section Three (3), Township Eleven (11),North, of Range Nine (9),West of the
<br />Sixth P.M., Hall County, Nebr., lying West of the Omaha and Republican Valley Railroad, as same
<br />runs in a northerly and southerly direction through said Southwest Quarter (SW1) of said Section
<br />Three (3), aforesaid.
<br />The Court further finds that the said May E.R.Whitnah, deceased, left her surviving as her
<br />sole and only heirs at law and the only persons interested in her estate, the persons hereinafter
<br />named, and that all the property and estate, both personal and real, of which the said deceased
<br />died seised and possessed, descended at the time of her death by operation of law to said persons
<br />in the interests designated, to -wit:
<br />Carrell H.Whitnah, one fourth
<br />Mark E. Whitnah, one = fourth
<br />Charles Scott Whitnah, one- fourth
<br />Evalyn M. Craig, one- fourth
<br />The Court further finds that all claims allowed in said estate, Court costs, expenses of admin-
<br />istration, attorney fees, and other allowances have been paid.
<br />The Court further finds that the said administrator has made full and complete distribution of
<br />all personal property belonging to said estate to the persons entitled thereto in the shares and
<br />proportions herein set out, and that there is no personal property remaining in said estate.
<br />The Court further finds there is no inheritance tax due or payable in said estate.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT:
<br />THAT the said final administration account is hereby settled, allowed and approvwd as filed,
<br />that the money and the personal property belonging to said estate be paid out and delivered to the
<br />persons heretofore found entitled to the same, to be held .by them as heretofore found.
<br />THAT the Court costs have been fully paid.
<br />It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the said May E.R.Whitnah, deceased,
<br />departed this life as hereinbefore found; that she died seised and possessed of the personal
<br />property as mentioned and set out in the inventory filed herein and of the real estate hereinbefore
<br />mentioned and described; that she left her surviving as her sole and only heirs at law and the only
<br />persons interested in her estate, her sons and daughter hereinbefore named, and that all the property
<br />and estate, both real and personal, of which said deceased died seised and possessed, descended
<br />at the time of her death by operation of law to said sons and daughter in the shares hereinbefore
<br />designated and set out; that all personal property belonging to said estate has been distributed
<br />to the persons entitled thereto and there is no personal property belonging to said estate in the
<br />hands of the administrator.
<br />It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that each of the findings hereinhbove
<br />made should be and they are hereby made a part of the decree of this Court as fully as if set out
<br />at length herein. -
<br />It is further Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed, that upon the payment of the money and delivery
<br />of the personal property as aforesaid and upon the return of the proper vouchers and upon comply-
<br />ing with this order and decree, and upon the approval of the same by this Court, a discharge be
<br />issued.

<br />COUNTY OF HALL )ss` in the State of Nebraska, this 11th day of April, 1945 -
<br />Present: Charles Bossert, County Judge.
<br />BE IT REMEMBERED, that on the 17th day of March, 1945, George Victor Pedersen and Frank John
<br />Pedersen, Executors of the Estate of John Pddrrsen, deceased, filed in this Court their final
<br />account as such Executors and a petition praying that said account be allowed, for a decree of
<br />heirship, an order of distribution, a final settlement thereon and.discharge.
<br />For these purposes, the 11th day of April, 1945, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. at the County Court Room
<br />in said County was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition, examining and allow-
<br />ing said account; and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition be given to all
<br />persons interested in said estate by publishing such notice in the Grand Island Independent, a
<br />legal newspaper printed in said County, for three weeks prior to said day of hearing; and it
<br />appears by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by Court and that no objections to
<br />said final account have been made or filed.
<br />Upon examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being duly advised in the
<br />premises, the Court finds-,.4s follows:
<br />FIRST.
<br />That John Pedersen departed this life on October 11, 1944, at Grand Island, In Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, testate, and at the time of his death he was a widower and a resident of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />SECOND.
<br />That on the 21st day of October, 1944, George Victor Pedersen and Frank John Pedersen filed in
<br />this Court an instrument purporting, -•to be the Last Will and Testament of said John Pedersen, de-
<br />ceased, wherein said petitioners were named Executors, and a petition offering said Will for probate,
<br />alleging that said John Pedersen departed"this life on October 11, 1944, in Grand Island, in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and on the 21st day of October, 1944, an order of this Court was made therein
<br />assigning the 15th day of November, 1944, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. in the County Court Room in said
<br />a-ounty as the time and place for hearing said petition, proving said Will and admitting the same
<br />to probate and ordering that notice of the pendency of said petition and hearing thereon be given
