<br />all of which is located in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which mortgages and liens should
<br />be assigned to the sole heir, Mildred F.Thompson.
<br />WHEREFORE, IT IS CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that the final account of said
<br />administratrix herein be and the same hereby is settled, allowed and approved; that the statements
<br />and allegations in the petition for final settlement are true and correct; that the estate has been
<br />duly administered and all claims, debts and expenses of administration have been d,zly paid; that
<br />the inheritance tax due under the laws of the State of Nebraska has been determined and paid; that
<br />Ida L.Thompson, deceased, died intestate on the 4th day of March, 1943, a resident of Platte County,
<br />Nebraska, and left as her ,sole and only heir at law, her daughter, Mildred F.Thompson; that the
<br />cash in the hands of the administratrix should be paid to the said Mildred F.Thompson; that the
<br />mortgage and lien interest of said deceased in the property described in paragraph No.8 above
<br />should be and hereby is assigned to Mildred F.Thompson; that the deceased died siezed.of certain
<br />real estate described in Paragraph No-7 above which should be and hereby is assigned to said Mildred
<br />F.Thompson; that upon the filing of receipt by the said Mildred F.Thompson,administratrix, showing
<br />payment of said money set out in Paragraph No.6 above that a formal order of discharge be issued
<br />to the administratrix herein.

<br />WILL AND DECREE
<br />I, Henry J.Evers of Franklin County, Nebraska, do hereby make this to be my last will and testa-
<br />ment hereby revoking all former wills by me ever made.
<br />Subject to debts I give, devise and bequeath to my wife Carrie Evers in absolute fee simple title
<br />and ownenship of all my estate both personal and real estate if she lives when I die and if alive
<br />when I the then she is to act as executrix of this estate without any bond unless required by the
<br />county court. If she lives when I die I give and devise nothing to my children born or unborn.
<br />If my my wife dies before I die then I give and dvise both personal and real estate proceeds
<br />share and share alike or to the children of any cii�� if any child is dead when I die, the share
<br />of my chil-d. to said grand children of said child.
<br />I direct the appointment of an administrator by the county court and if I die after my wife's
<br />death then such administrator shall have and is empowered to sell and convey all personal and
<br />real estate by deed and conveyance without any order of the court by sale at any price adminis-
<br />trator can receive.
