<br />and was in error in showing that Ida L.Thompson was the owner of mortgages and liens against the
<br />following described property:
<br />Lot Six (6) in Block Seventy -eight (78) in Wheeler & Bennett's Third Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Five (5) in John W.Lambert's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Lot Twelve (12) in Block Five (5) in Boggs & Hill's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and that the description of the respective interest of Ida L.Thompson in and to the above described
<br />property ought to be correctly set out and an amended final decree filed herein.
<br />THE COURT FINDS, .as follows:
<br />1. That the said final account of the administratiix, Mildred F.Thompson, is correct except
<br />in the following respect; said. final account should have shown that Ida L.Thompson was the owner
<br />in fee simple title of the following described real estate:
<br />Lot 9, Block 21, Stevens Addition, Columbus,Platte County, Nebraska and the West Half of
<br />Lots 5 & 6, Block 29, Stevens Addition, Columbus, Platte County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot 7, Block 1, George Loans Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />tot 5, Block 2, Lamberts 2nd A&L.ition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />L Boggs & Hill's Addition to Grand Island Hall Count Nebraska.

<br />Lot 5, Block 1, Arnold & Abbott 4ddition, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot 15, Belmont Addition, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Lot 6, Block 78, Wheeler & Bennetts 3rd Addition, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lots 1 & 21 Block 5, Lamberts Addition, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot 12, Block 5, Boggs & Hill's Addition, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />and said final account should have shown that Ida L. Thompson was the owner of mortgages and liens
<br />against the following described real estate;

<br />Lot 13, Block 6, Boggs & Hill's
<br />Lots 6 & 7, Block 8, Parker & Barr ' s Addition
<br />Lot 14, Block 1, Dill & Huston
<br />Lots 8, 10, 12, 14 & 16, Block 16, University Place Addition,
<br />4 Lot 1, Block 1$,Lamberts Addition
<br />2. That the statements and allegations in the petition for final settlement are true and
<br />correct except as above set forth.
<br />3. That the administratiox took possession of the personal property belonging to said estate,
<br />and has paid all debts and claims allowed, and the costs and expenses of administration.
<br />4. That the inheritance tax due under the laws of the State of Nebraska has been properly
<br />determined and paid.
<br />5. That Ida L.Thompson, deceased, died intestate, on the 4th day of March, 1943, a resident
<br />of Platte County, Nebraska, and left as her sole and only heir at law her daughter, Mildred F.
<br />Thompson.
<br />6. That after the payment of all expenses of administration and claims against said estate
<br />there was left in the hands of the administratrox for distribution the net sum of $9,560.92 which
<br />shoi..ld be. paid to the sole heir, Mildred F.Thompson.
<br />7. That said deceased died siezed of the fee simple title to the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot 9, Block 21, Stevens Addition, Columbus, Platte County, Nebraska and the West Half
<br />of Lots 5 & 6, Block 29, Stevens Addition, Columbus, Platte County, Nebraska.

<br />Lot 5, Block 2, Lambert's 2nd Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot 4, Block 7, Boggs & Hill's Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot 5, Block 1, Arnold & Abbott Addition, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot 15, Belmont Addition, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
