<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN, I, Asa A.Aldrich, being of sound mind and disposing momory do hereby
<br />make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking aly and all former
<br />wills by me made in manner and _form following, that is to say:
<br />1.
<br />I hereby direct my executor, hereinafter named, to pay all of my just debts including that of
<br />my last sickness and burial so soon as is reasonably possible after my demise, out of the personal
<br />assets of my estate;
<br />2.
<br />I hereby give, devise and bequeath the remainder of all my personal estate, of whatever nature,
<br />including stocks, bonds, money in the bank, and all personal property whatever, unto my beloved
<br />daughters: Marie Rasmussen, Edith Cates, Lessie McCutchan, all of Grand Island, Hall County, Ne-
<br />braska, and Ada Tebo of Baldwin Park, California, and Mabel Easer of Taylorville, Ill., share and
<br />share alike.
<br />I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved son, Sherman Aldrich, of :Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, my home, located at 1014 East Fourth Street, Grand Island,Nebraska, for and during the
<br />term of his natural life, he not to mortgage or in any way dispose of his interest in the same,
<br />and at his death I give, devise and bequeath the above described real estate to my five beloved
<br />daughters above named, to be theirs absolutely.
<br />4.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved son -in -law, George Rasmussen of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />executor of this my Last Will and Testament.

<br />I hereby give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate which I now
<br />own, or may hereafter acquire, both real and personal, to my six above named children, share and
<br />share alike.
<br />Dated at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 23rd day of March, 1935•

<br />I. Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that
<br />on the 7th day of August, 1944, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />Asa A.Aldrich, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 31st day of August, 1944,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Asa A.Aldrich, deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
