W.H.O'Keefe, being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and declare this to be <br />my Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke and declare null and void any Last Will and Testa, <br />ment by me previously made. <br />I. To Mrs.Marie Stitts I will and bequeath all funds, valuables and papers that I have or may <br />have in any bank or banks in Tucson, Arizona. <br />II. To Mrs.Marie Stitts I will and bequeath all my books and personal belongings that I have <br />in Tucson, Arizona. <br />III.To Mrs.Marie Stitts I will and bequeath my share in the Grand Island, Nebraska, property <br />in rich I am a beneficiary along with other relatives. <br />IIII.Should anyone attempt to contest this my Last Will and Testament I herein will and bequeath <br />the contestant the sum of one dollar. <br />V. I hereby make, constitute and appoint Mrs.Marie Stitts as the Executrix of this my Last <br />Will and Testament without having to give bond or security, and that she be not compelled <br />to account to any County or other Court.
