<br />FINAL DECREE
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF FINAL DECREE
<br />MAURICE FOWLER, DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 14th day of March, 1945, this cause came on to be heard upon the Final Report
<br />and the Supplemental Final Report of Grand Island Trust Company, Administrator, and the Court,
<br />after having examined the records and files in this cause, finds that notice has been given of the
<br />filing of said Final Report in the manner and form provided by law; that the time fixed for object-
<br />ing thereto has elapsed and that no objections are on file.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said Final Report, together
<br />with the supplement thereto, be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed.
<br />The Court further finds that the estate was not subject to either the federal estate tax-nor the
<br />state inheritance tax and that the net value of the estate did not exceed the sum of Forty -five
<br />_
<br />Hundred Dollars ($4500.00).
<br />The Court furthe finds that the time fixed for filing claims has long since-elapsed; that all
<br />claims filed in the estate have either been paid in full or have been settled and the amount
<br />agreed upon in settlement paid in full, and that notice of the time fixed for filing claims has
<br />been given in-the- manner and form provided by law.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND - DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims not now on file
<br />be and the same are hereby forever barred.
<br />The Court further finds that the expenses of last illness, funeral expenses, expenses of ad-,
<br />ministering the estate, including court costs, attorney fees and administrator's fees, have been
<br />aid in full, and that there remains on hand for distribution to the heirs at law the sum of
<br />1003-34.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Maurice Fowler died intestate on July 28, 194+; that he
<br />was at the time of his death a citizen and resident of Hall County, Nebraska; that he left no
<br />widow-him surviving, his widow having predeceased him; that he left no child or children, nor
<br />the issue of any deceased child or children him surviving; that the sole and only heirs -at -law
<br />of the said Maurice Fowler were his nephews and nieces as follows, to -wit:

<br />Orville V.Fowler Sylvia Hodson
<br />Mary Fowler Riddles Ellis Fowler
<br />Vernece Fowler Holder Harley Lee Fowler
<br />Ralph W.Fowler Maurice Fowler
<br />Janie Holt Loren Fowler
<br />Cena B.Lytle Edna Fowler Summerville
<br />Martha Fowler Wolfe Elizabeth Fowler Hill.
<br />The Court further finds that there are certain discrepancies in the names, but that Lou E.
<br />Fowler Hill or Lou Elizabeth Fowler Hill is one and the same person as Elizabeth Fowler Hill; that
<br />Vernece Fowler Holder is one and the same person as Vernece Fowler Holder; that Charles Beckus
<br />Fowler is one and the same person as Charles B.Fowler; that Orville Venton Fowler is one and the
<br />same person as Orville V.Fowler; that Mary Fowler Riddles is one and the same person as Mary
<br />Margaret Fowler Riddle; that Ralph W.Fowler is one and the same person as Ralph Waldo Fowler;
<br />that Janie Holt is one and the same person as Jane Fowler Holtz; that Cena B.Lytle is one and
<br />the same person as Cenia Fowler Lytle; that Maude Willis is one and the same person as Maude
<br />Fowler Willis; that Sylvia Hodson is one and the same person as Sylva Fowler Hudson; that Ellis
<br />Fowler is one and the same person as Elmer Fowler; that Harley Lee Fowler is one and the same
<br />person as Lee Fowler; that Edna Fowler Summerville is one and the same person as Edna Faye
<br />Fowler Summerville; that Martha Fowler Wolfe is one and the same person as Martha Lucking Fowler
<br />Wolfe.
<br />The Court further finds that each heir -at -law is of equal degree and that each of said heirs -
<br />at -law is entitled to one- sixteenth (1 /16th) of the balance heretofore set forth as going[ to the
<br />heirs -at -law, and the Administrator is hereby ordered to pay to each of said heirs -at -law one -
<br />sixteenth of said sum.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said Final Report and said
<br />Supplemental Final-Report are in all things true and correct; that the Administrator has in all
<br />respects complied with the orders of this court, and that upon paying said sum of money to the
<br />said sixteen heirs -at -law and filing their receipts therefor, that it -be discharged as adminis-
<br />trator and its bond released.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Maurice Fowler was at the time of hit death the owner
<br />of the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot Five (5) in Block Five (5) in South Grand Island, an Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said real estate did by
<br />operation of law pass and descend to the said sixteen (16) heirs -at -law share and share alike,
<br />as tenants in common, and the same is hereby set off unto them and their heirs forever.
