<br />proceeding has been given to all persons interested in said
<br />matter,both creditors and heirs as required by law.
<br />That all of the statements and allegations set forth in said petition are true;that the said
<br />Edward E.Ghrist died intestate in
<br />Hall County,Nebraska on the 15th day of March,1912.
<br />That the said Edward E.Ghrist was
<br />seized and possessed at the time of his death of the following
