<br />I,Emma Schmidt,of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do
<br />make and publish this,my last will and testament,by it revoking all former wills by me made:
<br />FIRST
<br />I direct that my Executor,hereinafter named,pay all my just debts,ineluding the expenses of my
<br />last sickness and death and the costs and expenses of admitting this will to probate and of adm-
<br />inistering my estate,from such personal property as I may have at the time of my death.If that
<br />be insufficient I authorize my said Executor to sell so much of my real estate as may be necessary
<br />for that purpose,the within being his full and complete authority to make necessary deeds of
<br />transfer for that purpose without order from any court whatsoever.
<br />SECOND
<br />All the rest,residue and remainder of the property of which I die possessed,both real and person -
<br />al,of whatsoever kind or nature and wherever situated,I give,devise and bequeath in equal shares
<br />to mfr three children,Harry Schmidt,a son,of Hall County,Nebraska,Clara Sanders,a daughter of
<br />Council Bluffs,Iowa,and P.Iargaret Krow,a daughter of _yaramie,Wyoming.
<br />Each to take an undivided one -third interest therein absolutely.
<br />THIRD
<br />I name,nominate and appoint my son,Harry Schmidt,as Executor of this,my last will and testament,
<br />and direct that he be not required to furnish surety on his bond while acting in that capacity.
