58'7 <br />HALL COT 'N TY NEBRASKA F I L E D <br />MAR 8 - 1944 Charles Bossert COUNTY JUDGE. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />In the matter of the estate ) N0. 3419 <br />of FINAL DECREE <br />Minnie C.Hoagland, Deceased. <br />Now, on this 28th day of February, 1945, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report <br />of Ernest Hoagland, Executor of the last will and testament of Minnie C.Hoagland, deceased, and <br />upon his petition for settlement of said estate and discharge herein, <br />The Court, having examined said report and the records and files in said estate and being ad- <br />vised, finds that clue and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate <br />of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore ordered by the <br />court; that there are no objections on file to said report, and the Court has examined the same; <br />together with the vouchers on file and the testimony in support thereof, and bei ng duly advised, <br />finds that said report is true anti correct in all things and bughtl%to be approved and allowed <br />as and for the final re -port of said executor. <br />The Court finds that Minnie C.Hoagland departed this life on the 2d day of February, 1944, <br />and at the time of her death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that on February 14, 1944, Ernest Hoagland, surviving husband of said <br />deceased, filed his duly verified petition herein praying for the allowance and probate of an <br />instrument purported to be the last will and testament of Minnie C.Hoagland, deceased, the court <br />thereupon fixed March 8, 1944, as the date for making proof of said will, and-due notice of the <br />filing, of said petition and of the time and place fixed for hearing thereon was given by the court <br />as by law provided; that on said date, March 8, 1944, said instrument was duly proven, allowed <br />and admitted in this Court, as and for the last will and testament of Minnie C.Hoagland, deceased, <br />and letters testamentary were duly issued to Ernest Hoagland, executor as named in said last will <br />and testament, and he thereupon qualified as such. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time <br />gnd place fixed by the Court for filing claims against said estate, and that the time fixed for <br />filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed against said estate, including the expenses <br />of administration, court costs, and attorney's fees,have been paid. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED BY THE COURT, that all persons having claims against said estate, <br />and not filed herein, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or <br />asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />The Court furthe} finds that Minnie C.Hoagland died seized the owner of the following described <br />real estate: <br />Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) in West Lawn, in Grand Island, Hall County, state of Nebraska. <br />All of Lot Six (6), in Block One Hundred Twenty -nine (129) in Union Pacific Railway Company's <br />Second Adc'_ition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted <br />and recorded, the same being a rectangular piece of -round having a f rontege of 66 feet on <br />Seventh Street and a depth of 132 feet. <br />The Court further finds that there was no inheritance tax due. <br />The Court further fines that all of the property, real and personal, in the hands of the <br />executors, has been delivered to Ernest Hoagland as provided in said last will and testament. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED Al,!D DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of <br />Ernest Hoagland-, executor, be, and the same is hereby, approved and allowed as and for his <br />final report, and said estate is herebby settled and closed and said executor discharged and his <br />bond as such is hereby released.. <br />IT IS Fi?RTHE ORDEREr.,BY THE COUNT that all of the property, real and personal, passed and <br />her last will and testament, and we, at her request and in her presence and in .the presence of <br />each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses. <br />Bernice E.Matthews <br />Of Grand Island, e raska <br />Wn..
