<br />Pearl Kenyon Hyde, Deceased. )
<br />Now on this 21st day of February, 1945, this cause came on for hearing upon the pleadings and
<br />the evidence and was submitted to the court, and on consideration whereof the court finds;
<br />That due and legal notice of this proceeding hRs been given to all persons interested in said
<br />matter, both creditors and heirs as required by law.
<br />That all of the statements and allegations set forth in said petition are true.
<br />That said Pearl Kenyon Hyde,deceased, died intestate on the 12th day of August, 1931, in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; that she was at the time of her death a citizen and resident of said Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />That said Pearl Kenyon Hyde was seized and possessed of the following described real estate
<br />situated in Hall County, State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lots -Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block Three (3), Dill and Huston's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />that said real estate did not constitute the homestead of said decedent.
<br />That no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an adminis-
<br />trator of the estate of said deceased.
<br />That said Pearl Kenyon Hyde left surviving her, as her sole and only heirs at law, the following:
<br />Thomas L.Hyde, her husband
<br />Harriett Pearl Hyde, now Harriett Pearl McDonald, a daughter,
<br />now of legal age
<br />Anita Louise Hyde, now Anita Louise Pedersen, a daughter,
<br />now of legal age
<br />Charles T.Hyde, a son, now of legal age
<br />Lois Mina Hyde, a daughter, now age 19
<br />Theron Lewis Hyde, a son, now age 16
<br />Burt Eugene Hyde, a son, now age 15
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, DETERMINED A7D DECREED BY THE COURT that said Thomas L.Hyde, her husband,
<br />Harriett Pearl Hyde, now Harriett Pearl McDonald, a daughter, Anita Louise Hyde, now Anita Louise
<br />Pedersen, a daughter, Charles T.Hyde, a son, Lois Mina Hyde, a daughter, Theron Lewis Hyde, a
<br />son, and Burt Eugene Hyde, a son, were the sole and only surviving heirs at law of the said Pearl
<br />Kenyon Hyde, deceased, and said real estate passed and descended, under the laws of descent of the
<br />State of Nebraska, as follows:
<br />To Thomas L.Hyde, an undivided one -third interest,
<br />To Harriett Pearl Hyde, now Harriett Pearl McDonald, an undivided one -ninth interest,
<br />To Anita Louise Hyde, now Anita Louise Pedersen, an undivided one -ninth interest
<br />To Charles T.Hyde, an undivided one -ninth interest,
<br />To Lois Mina Hyde, an undivided one -ninth interest,
<br />To Theron Lewis Hyde, an undivided one -ninth interest,
<br />To Burt Eugene Hyde, an undivided one -ninth interest.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED A1D DECREED BY THE COURT that the above described real estate
<br />be, and the same is hereby assigned to said Thomas L.Hyde, an undivided one -third interest, Harriett
<br />Pearl Hyde, now Harriett Pearl McDonald, Anita Louise Hyde, now Anita Louise Pedersen, Charles T.
<br />Hyde, Lois Mina Hyde, Theron Lewis Hyde,and Burt Eugene Hyde, an undivided one -ninth interest each.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims and demands against
<br />the estate of Pearl Kenyon - -Hyde, deceased, whether due or to become due, whether absolute or con-
<br />tingent, be, and the same are hereby forever barred.

<br />PEARL KENYON HYDE, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that
<br />the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such driginal record; that said Court
<br />is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk
<br />authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal
<br />and of the Records of said Court, ai-d that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
