<br />The Court finds that due and legal notice was given for the filing of claims; that all claims
<br />f it ed have been paid.
<br />The Court further finds that said Matilda W.Leiser died, the owner of the following described
<br />real estate:
<br />The east half of the northeast quarter of Section Twelve, (12), in Township Eleven (11),
<br />North,Range Ten (10) West,
<br />Lots One (1) and "I"m (2), in Section Seven (7),
<br />The west half of the northwest quarter, and that part of the west half of the southwest
<br />quarter, and that part of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter, of Section Eight
<br />(8), all in Township Eleven (11) North, Rams Nine ( 9 ) West, in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />containing in all 262 acres. 'owned by me ,
<br />The northeast quarter of Section Thirteen (13), in Township Eleven (11) North,Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />An undivided one -third of the south half of the southwest quarter of Section Three (3), in
<br />Township Eleven (11) North,Range Forty -five (45), in Sedgwick,County, Colorado.
<br />The Court further finds that there was no inheritance tax, state or Federal.
<br />The Court finds that all of the property, real and personal, in the hands of said Executor, has
<br />been delivered to the persons entitled thereto, under said last will and testament.
<br />The Court further finds that there are 15 shares of stock, evidenced by Certificate No. 92 for
<br />10 shares and Certificate No. 117 for five shares, in the Commercial State Bank of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska; also 5-shares, evidenced by Certificate No. 188, in the First National Bank of Oakland,
<br />Nebraska; and 45 shares of stock in the Commercial State Bank evidenced by Certificates Nos. 73,99,
<br />and 106 which were to secure the note of Elmer E.Williams, and the Executor is hereby ordered to
<br />assign to the residuary legatees named in said last will and testament, to -wit: James M.Dunkel,
<br />Anna Dunkel Richardson, Sadie Dunkel Robbins, and Ruth Dunkel Lindblad, said shares of stock.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED BY THE COURT that all claims not filed against said estate are forever
<br />barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED BY THE COURT that the final report of William Suhr, Executor of the last
<br />will and testament of Matilda Leiser, deceased, be, and the same is hereby approved and allowed as
<br />and for his final report, and said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Executor discharged
<br />and -is bond as such is released.
<br />IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AI, ?D DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms of the last will and testa-
<br />ment of Matilda W.Leiser, deceased, the following described real estate:
<br />"the east half of the northeast quarter of Section Twelve (12), in Township Eleven (11)
<br />North,Range Ten (10) West; Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Section Seven (7), the west half
<br />of the northwest quarter, and that part of the west half of the southwest quarter, and
<br />.--that part of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter, of Section Eight (S), all
<br />in Township Eleven (11) North,Range Nine (9) West, in Hall County, Nebraska, and contain -
<br />in all 262 acres, now owned by me,"
<br />was devised to James M.Dunkel, Anna Dunkel Richardson, Sadie Dunkel, and Ruth Dunkel, subject to
<br />certain restrictions provided for in paragraph Second of said last will and testament;
<br />That the following described real estate; to -wit:
<br />The northeast quarter of Section 13, in Township 11, North of Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., in
<br />Fall County, Nebraska, and
<br />An undivided one -third of the south half of the southwest quarter of Section 3, in Township 11,
<br />North,Range 45, in Sedgwick County, Colorado,
<br />was devised to James M.Dunkel, Anna Dunkel Richardson, Sadie Dunkel, and Ruth Dunkel, residuary
<br />devisees and legatees, share and share alike.
<br />That the aforesaid Sadie Dunkel, since the execution of the aforesaid last will and testament,
<br />married one Roy Robbins, F,nd that said Sadie Dunkel and Sadie Dunkel Robbins is one and the same
<br />person.
<br />That the aforesaid Ruth Dunkel, since the execution of the' aforesaid last will and testament,
<br />married one Seth Lindblad, and that Ruth Dunkel and Ruth Dunkel Lindblad is one and the same
<br />person.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED BY THE COURT that the Executor assigh, and transfer all notes, mortgages,
<br />shares of stock, and other personal prop e,°ty, not otherwise disposed of, to the residuary legatees,
<br />James M.Dunkel, Anna Dunkel Richardson, Sadie Dunkel Robbins, and Ruth Dunkel Lindblad.
