<br />and she at the same time declared said instrument to be her last Will and Testament, and we, at
<br />her request, and in her presence, did sign as attesting witnesses.

<br />CODICIL TO LAST WILL OF AUGUSTE MOELLER
<br />I, Auguste Moeller, of Grand Island,Nebraska, do hereby make, publish and declare this codicil
<br />to my last 'Fill and Testament which was dated April 22, 1937.
<br />TWENTIETH I hereby cancel and annul the Fourteenth paragraph of my will for the reason that
<br />Louis MoeeTler, named therein, is now deceased.
<br />TWENTY -FIRST In addition to the bequest given to my niece Erna Gerdes in the Tenth Para aph of
<br />m\ will, I give, devise and bequeath to my niece, Erna Gerdes, the sum of One Thousand 1,000.00)
<br />Dollars, she to have the same absolutely.
<br />-TWENTY-'SECOND I give, devise and bequeath to my niece, Augusta Saunders, 133 East 64th Street,
<br />New York, N.Y—., the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars. The said Augusta Saunders has taken
<br />care of me during my recent illness and for the many kindnesses shown to me by her since she has
<br />come to my homp,I direct that the said sum shall be paid to her as soon as conveniently may be
<br />done after my death. In the event that my estate is not sufficient to pay all of the legacies
<br />provided for herein, I direct that the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars shall be paid to
<br />Augusta Saunders in full and that if my property is insufficient -to pay the other legacies pro-
<br />vided, I direct that all of the other legatees shall pro -rate the bequests to them on an equal
<br />basis but direct that the bequest to Augusta Saunders be paid in full.
<br />TWENTY -THIRD I also give, devise and bequeath to my niece, Augusta Saunders, above named, the
<br />feather b�hich was given to us by my husband's mother, also her choice of two patch -work quits.
<br />her choice of three hand crocheted doilies and her choice of one to 1� ec1oth from my personal -Fe-
<br />longings, and to the extent that this property is given to my niece Augusta Saunders, the Third
<br />Paragraph of my will is modified accordingly.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed my name to the foregoing codicil at Grand Island,

<br />22nd day of December, 1943, said instruments to which this certificate is attached were duly proved,
<br />probated and allowed as the last will and testament and Codicil of the real and personal estate of
